منحة أنسي ساويرس هي برنامج منح دراسية خاص قائم على الجدارة، أنشأته شركة أوراسكوم للإنشاءات عام 2000، انطلاقًا من التزام الشركة بتعزيز التميز والإنجاز. أطلقت أوراسكوم برنامج أنسي ساويرس لاستثمار موارد الشركة في البرامج التعليمية بهدف تحسين المجتمعات التي تعمل فيها.

يُعد هذا البرنامج سابقة في مصر لمشاركة القطاع الخاص في البرامج التعليمية على نحو مستدام. ويهدف البرنامج إلى تيسير التطور الأكاديمي وبناء شخصية الشباب المصري، وتزويدهم بالأدوات اللازمة لتطوير مساراتهم المهنية، وبالتالي إفادة مجتمعاتهم. 

منذ عام 2000، موّل برنامج أنسي ساويرس للمنح الدراسية أحلام 102 طالبًا متميزًا. من خلال هذا البرنامج، تقدم أوراسكوم للإنشاءات منحًا دراسية كاملة للطلاب المصريين الراغبين في الحصول على شهادات البكالوريوس أو الماجستير من جامعات مرموقة في الولايات المتحدة، بهدف تعزيز القدرة التنافسية الاقتصادية لمصر.

تُمنح منح أنسي ساويرس بناءً على الجدارة والحاجة والشخصية، كما يتضح من خلال التفوق الأكاديمي والأنشطة اللامنهجية والمبادرات الريادية. تشمل المنح الدراسية الرسوم الدراسية كاملة، وبدل المعيشة، والسفر، والتأمين الصحي.

منحة دراسية لطلاب البكالوريوس

من خلال برنامج أونسي ساويرس للمنح الدراسية، تقدم شركة أوراسكوم للإنشاءات منحاً دراسية ممولة بالكامل للطلاب المصريين لمتابعة برامج درجة البكالوريوس في جامعات مرموقة في الولايات المتحدة في مجالات من شأنها تعزيز الازدهار الاقتصادي لمصر.

الجامعات المعتمدة:

يُمنح برنامج أونسي ساويرس للمنح الدراسية للطلاب المختارين لمتابعة درجة البكالوريوس في إحدى الجامعات الأمريكية التالية:
            – جامعة شيكاغو
            – جامعة ستانفورد
            – جامعة بنسلفانيا
            – جامعة هارفارد
            – معهد ماساتشوستس للتكنولوجيا (MIT).

مجالات الدراسة:

           – الهندسة (لا يشمل التمويل مجالات هندسة الحاسوب وعلوم الحاسوب ذات الصلة)
           – الاقتصاد
           – المالية
           – الإدارة

يُمنح برنامج أونسي ساويرس للمنح الدراسية فقط في التخصصات المذكورة أعلاه. وننصح المتقدمين بزيارة مواقع الجامعات المعتمدة لاختيار البرنامج المناسب ضمن هذه التخصصات.

بالنسبة لبرامج الهندسة، تُعطى الأفضلية للتخصصات التي تُسهم في التنمية المستدامة، مثل الهندسة المدنية، والهندسة البيئية، وهندسة الطاقة، والهندسة الميكانيكية، والهندسة الكيميائية، وهندسة المياه، والاستدامة. أما
برامج/تخصصات هندسة الحاسوب وعلوم الحاسوب فلا يشملها برنامج المنح الدراسية، ويمكن إدراجها فقط كتخصص فرعي في كلية الهندسة.

مدة الدراسة:

برنامج للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس لمدة أربع سنوات.

معايير الأهلية – منحة دراسية لطلاب البكالوريوس

يجب على المتقدمين الجامعيين لبرنامج منحة أونسي ساويرس استيفاء الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات التالية:

• • أن يكون المتقدم مصريًا مقيمًا في مصر (لن تُعطى الأفضلية لحاملي الجنسية المزدوجة).
• • معدل تراكمي 3.5 أو 90% أو ما يعادله في شهادات الثانوية العامة الوطنية أو الدولية (ملاحظة: يحق للطلاب الذين يُنهون الصف الحادي عشر بحلول الموعد النهائي للتقديم (31 يوليو 2026) والطلاب الذين يُنهون الصف الثاني عشر بحلول الموعد النهائي للتقديم (31 يوليو 2026) التقديم لبرنامج المنح الدراسية الجامعية).
• • إثبات إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية: اختبار TOEFL iBT® بحد أدنى 100 درجة، أو اختبار IELTS (الأكاديمي) بحد أدنى 7.5 درجة. يجب تقديم تقرير درجات الاختبار خلال فترة صلاحيته (سنتان من تاريخ الاختبار).
• • الحد الأدنى لدرجة اختبار SAT I: 1450 (تم إجراؤه خلال سنتين) أو الحد الأدنى لدرجة اختبار ACT: 32 (تم إجراؤه خلال سنتين).
• • الأنشطة اللامنهجية: المشاركة أو المشاركة حاليًا في أنشطة لامنهجية.
• • يخططون لبدء دراستهم في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عام ٢٠٢٧.
• • تُعطى الأفضلية للمتقدمين الذين لم يقيموا خارج مصر و/أو لم يمكثوا في الخارج لأكثر من سنتين.
• • يلتزمون بالعودة إلى مصر لمدة سنتين مباشرةً بعد إتمام درجة البكالوريوس بنجاح.

ملاحظات هامة:

ستُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين لم يقيموا أو يعملوا أو يدرسوا في الخارج لأكثر من عامين. يُمنح برنامج منحة أونسي ساويرس فقط للجامعات المعتمدة المذكورة أعلاه.
لا يضمن اختيارك كمرشح لبرنامج منحة أونسي ساويرس قبولك في الجامعة. يجب أن يكون الطلاب المرشحون مستعدين لبدء تقديم طلبات الالتحاق بالجامعات بحلول أكتوبر 2026. لمزيد من المعلومات حول عملية اختيار المنحة، يُرجى الاطلاع على جدول الفعاليات.
سيحصل المرشحون المختارون فقط على دعم من مستشاري المنح الدراسية في التقديم إلى الجامعات الأمريكية المعتمدة المذكورة أعلاه. في حال ترشيحك للمنحة، سيتم منح منحة أونسي ساويرس بمجرد حصولك على قبول جامعي.
الطلاب الذين يُنهون الصف الحادي عشر بحلول الموعد النهائي للتقديم (31 يوليو 2026) والطلاب الذين يُنهون الصف الثاني عشر بحلول الموعد النهائي للتقديم (31 يوليو 2026) مؤهلون للتقدم لبرنامج المنح الدراسية الجامعية، بشرط أن يبدأوا عامهم الدراسي الأول في أغسطس 2027.

المستندات المطلوبة:

للتقدم بطلب للحصول على برنامج المنح الدراسية، يجب على المتقدمين تقديم طلباتهم عبر الإنترنت وتحميل قائمة المستندات التالية قبل الموعد النهائي للتقديم. سيتم استبعاد الطلبات التي تفتقر إلى أي من المستندات المطلوبة أو نتائج الاختبارات تلقائيًا ولن يتم النظر فيها خلال مرحلة فرز طلبات المنح الدراسية.

كيفية التقديم لمنحة أونسي ساويريس الدراسية – برنامج البكالوريوس

ينبغي على المرشحين الناجحين ما يلي:

• استيفاء معايير الأهلية.
• التخطيط للدراسة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عام ٢٠٢٧.
• أن يكون المتقدم مصريًا مقيمًا في مصر (الأفضلية لغير حاملي الجنسية المزدوجة).
• الالتزام بالعودة إلى مصر لمدة عامين مباشرةً بعد إتمام درجة البكالوريوس.
• الأفضلية للمتقدمين الذين لم يقيموا خارج مصر و/أو لم يقيموا في الخارج لأكثر من عامين. •
تقديم طلب كامل وتحميل قائمة المستندات المطلوبة:

بالنسبة لبرامج الهندسة، تُعطى الأفضلية للتخصصات التي تُسهم في التنمية المستدامة، مثل الهندسة المدنية، والهندسة البيئية، وهندسة الطاقة، والهندسة الميكانيكية، والهندسة الكيميائية، وهندسة المياه، والاستدامة. أما
برامج/تخصصات هندسة الحاسوب وعلوم الحاسوب فلا يشملها برنامج المنح الدراسية، ويمكن إدراجها فقط كتخصص فرعي في كلية الهندسة.

مدة الدراسة:

برنامج ماجستير لمدة عامين.

معايير الأهلية – منحة الدراسات العليا

يجب على المتقدمين من خريجي الدراسات العليا الراغبين في الالتحاق ببرنامج منحة أونسي ساويرس الدراسية استيفاء الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات التالية:

• • أن يكون المتقدم مصريًا مقيمًا في مصر (لن تُعطى الأفضلية لحاملي الجنسية المزدوجة).
• • معدل تراكمي في درجة البكالوريوس 3.5 أو جيد جدًا أو أعلى.
• • إثبات إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية: اختبار TOEFL iBT® بحد أدنى 100 درجة، أو اختبار IELTS (الأكاديمي) بحد أدنى 7.5 درجة. يجب تقديم تقرير نتائج الاختبار خلال فترة صلاحيته (سنتان من تاريخ الاختبار).
• • بالنسبة للمتقدمين لبرنامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال، الحد الأدنى لدرجة اختبار GMAT: 650 أو أعلى،  أو درجة اختبار GMAT Focus: 595 أو أعلى  (تم إجراؤه خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية)، أو الحد الأدنى لدرجة اختبار GRE الإجمالية: 315 (الكتابة التحليلية: 4.5).
• • بالنسبة للمتقدمين لبرنامج ماجستير الهندسة، الحد الأدنى لدرجة اختبار GRE الإجمالية: 315 (الكتابة التحليلية: 4.5).
• • الأنشطة اللامنهجية: المشاركة أو المشاركة حاليًا في أنشطة لامنهجية.
• • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات للمتقدمين لبرنامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال (MBA).
• • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنتين للمتقدمين لبرنامج الهندسة.
• • التخطيط لبدء الدراسة في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية عام ٢٠٢٧.
• • تُعطى الأفضلية للمتقدمين الذين لم يقيموا خارج مصر أو لم تتجاوز مدة إقامتهم في الخارج سنتين.
• • الالتزام بالعودة إلى مصر لمدة سنتين مباشرةً بعد إتمام البرنامج بنجاح.
• • يجب على المتقدمين الذكور تقديم ما يثبت إتمام الخدمة العسكرية أو الإعفاء منها أو تأجيلها.

ملاحظات هامة:

لن يتم النظر في طلبات المرشحين الحاصلين بالفعل على درجة الماجستير من جامعة أجنبية، أو الحاصلين على درجة الماجستير المصرية في نفس المجال الذي يتقدمون إليه.

سيتم النظر في طلبات المرشحين الحاصلين على درجة الماجستير المصرية في تخصص تقني مختلف عن التخصص الذي يتقدمون إليه.
ستُعطى الأفضلية للمرشحين الذين لم يقيموا أو يعملوا أو يدرسوا في الخارج لأكثر من عامين.
لا يضمن اختيار المرشح لبرنامج منحة أنسي ساويرس القبول الجامعي. يجب على الطلاب المرشحين أن يكونوا مستعدين لبدء تقديم طلبات الالتحاق بالجامعات بحلول أكتوبر 2026. لمزيد من المعلومات حول عملية اختيار المنحة، يُرجى الاطلاع على جدول الفعاليات.
سيحصل المرشحون المختارون فقط على دعم من مستشاري المنح الدراسية في التقديم إلى الجامعات الأمريكية المعتمدة والمذكورة أعلاه. في حال الترشيح للمنحة، سيتم منح جائزة برنامج منحة أنسي ساويرس بمجرد الحصول على القبول الجامعي.
يُعد تقديم نتائج اختبار GRE أو GMAT/GMAT Focus شرطًا أساسيًا لبرنامج المنحة، حتى لو كانت شروط القبول في أي من البرامج التي تندرج تحت المنحة اختيارية. سيتم استبعاد الطلبات التي لا تتضمن أيًا من نتائج الاختبار المطلوبة تلقائيًا.

• يوليو 2027: حفل توزيع الجوائز في شركة أوراسكوم للإنشاءات للفائزين.
• يوليو  – أغسطس 2027:  ترتيبات السفر وجلسة تعريفية قبل المغادرة. • أغسطس – سبتمبر 2027: مغادرة الفائزين إلى الولايات المتحدة. 

معلومات الاختبار

مواعيد الاختبارات ورسوم التسجيل:

• يُجرى اختبار TOEFL iBT في مواعيد ومراكز اختبار ثابتة على مدار العام. تتوفر هذه المعلومات على موقع ETS الإلكتروني www.toefl.org أو على موقع Amideast/Egypt. تبلغ رسوم الاختبار 205 دولارات أمريكية عند التسجيل عبر الإنترنت، و235 دولارًا أمريكيًا عند التسجيل من خلال Amideast/Egypt (رسوم الاختبار 205 دولارات أمريكية + رسوم التسجيل المحلية في Amideast 30 دولارًا أمريكيًا).
• يُعقد اختبار اللغة الإنجليزية الدولي (IELTS) في مراكز ومواعيد مختلفة على مدار العام. تتوفر معلومات الاختبار عبر الموقع الإلكتروني www.britishcouncil.org.eg/en/exam/ielts . تبلغ رسوم الاختبار 8600 جنيه مصري، ويمكن إجراؤه ورقياً أو إلكترونياً.
• يتوفر اختبار GRE (اختبار الدراسات العليا المسجل) يوميًا على الموقع الإلكتروني www.gre.org أو في مركز أميديست مصر. تبلغ رسوم الاختبار 220 دولارًا أمريكيًا عند التسجيل عبر الإنترنت، أو 250 دولارًا أمريكيًا عند التسجيل من خلال أميديست مصر (رسوم الاختبار 220 دولارًا أمريكيًا + رسوم التسجيل المحلية في أميديست 30 دولارًا أمريكيًا).

يُشترط اجتياز اختبار GRE من المتقدمين الخريجين الذين يتقدمون لبرامج الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال فقط.

• يتوفر اختبار القبول للدراسات العليا في الإدارة (GMAT) يوميًا على الموقع الإلكتروني www.mba.com . تبلغ رسوم الاختبار 250 دولارًا أمريكيًا في حال التسجيل عبر الإنترنت، أو 280 دولارًا أمريكيًا في حال التسجيل من خلال شركة Amideast/مصر (رسوم الاختبار 250 دولارًا أمريكيًا + رسوم التسجيل المحلية لشركة Amideast 30 دولارًا أمريكيًا).

اختبار GMAT/GMAT Focus مطلوب فقط من المتقدمين من الخريجين الذين يتقدمون لبرامج ماجستير إدارة الأعمال.

*رسوم التسجيل المذكورة أعلاه قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت. يُنصح المتقدمون بالتحقق مباشرة من الجهات المسؤولة عن إدارة الاختبارات لمعرفة الرسوم المحدثة.

For Engineering programs, preference is given to fields that contribute to Sustainable Development such as civil engineering, environmental engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, water engineering and sustainability.
Computer engineering and computer science programs/majors are not covered under the scholarship program and may only be included as a minor under the Engineering School.

Duration of Study:

4-year bachelor’s degree program.

Eligibility Criteria – Undergraduate Scholarship

Undergraduate applicants applying for the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program must meet the below minimum requirements:

· Be Egyptian nationals, who are residents of Egypt (preference will not be given to dual nationality applicants).
· Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or 90% or an equivalent score in national or international high school degrees (N.b. Students completing their grade 11 by the time of application deadline (July 31, 2026) and students completing their grade 12 by the application deadline (July 31, 2026) are both eligible to apply for the undergraduate scholarship program).
· Proof of English proficiency: TOEFL iBT® test with a minimum total score of 100 Or IELTS test (Academic) with a minimum overall score of 7.5. Test score report to be submitted within the exam validity period (2 years from exam date).
· Minimum SAT I Score: 1450 (Taken within 2 years) or Minimum ACT Score: 32 (Taken within 2 years).
· Extracurricular Activities: Have been involved or are currently involved in extracurricular activities.
· Be planning to start their studies in the U.S. in the year 2027.
· Preference is given to applicants who have not resided outside of Egypt and/or have not lived more than 2 years abroad.
· Be committed to coming back to Egypt for two years directly after the successful completion of their bachelor’s degree.

· Preference will be given to candidates who have not lived, worked, or studied abroad for more than two years. The Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program is only granted to the list of endorsed universities listed above.
· Selection as a nominee for the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program does not guarantee university acceptance. Nominated students should be ready to start their university applications by October 2026. For more information about the scholarship selection process, please see The schedule of events.
· Only selected nominees will receive support from the scholarship advisors in applying to the endorsed U.S. universities listed above. If nominated for the scholarship, the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program award will be made once university acceptance is obtained.
· Students completing their grade 11 by the time of application deadline (July 31, 2026) and students completing their grade 12 by the application deadline (July 31, 2026) are both eligible to apply for the undergraduate scholarship program, provided that they start their first year of bachelor studies as freshmen in August 2027.

Through the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program, Orascom Construction provides fully funded scholarships for Egyptian students to pursue master’s degree programs at prestigious universities in the United States in fields that will promote the economic prosperity of Egypt.

Endorsed Universities:

The Onsi Sawiris Scholarship Program is granted to selected students to pursue their master’s degree at one of the following U.S. Universities:
            – University of Chicago
            – Stanford University
            – University of Pennsylvania
            – Harvard University
            – Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

Fields of Study:

           – Engineering (Computer engineering and computer science related fields are not funded by the scholarship)
           – Business Administration (MBA)

• · For applicants applying to Master of Business Administration, a minimum GMAT test score: 650 or above or GMAT Focus test score 595 or above (taken within 5 years) or a minimum overall GRE test score of 315 (Analytical Writing: 4.5).
• · For applicants applying to Master of Engineering, a minimum overall GRE test score: 315 (Analytical Writing: 4.5).
• · Extracurricular Activities: Have been involved or are currently involved in extracurricular activities.
• · A minimum of three years working experience for applicants applying to the Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• · A minimum of two-years working experience for applicants applying to Engineering.
• · Be planning to start their studies in the U.S. in the year 2027.
• · Preference is given to applicants who have not resided outside of Egypt and/or have not lived more than 2 years abroad.
• · Be committed to coming back to Egypt for two years directly after the successful completion of the degree.
• · Male applicants must provide a proof of military service completion, exemption or postponement.

Important notes:

Candidates who already have one Master’s degree from a foreign university, or who have an Egyptian Master’s degree in the same field they are applying for will not be considered.

· August – September 2026: Selection of semi-finalists and personal interviews at Orascom Construction.
· September 2026: Notification of the nominated applicants.
· October 2026: Program orientation for nominated recipients.
· October 2026-April/May 2027: U.S. university applications stage (involving Amideast’s advising support) and university placement stage.
· July 2027: Award Ceremony at Orascom Construction for awarded recipients.
· July – August 2027: Travel arrangements and pre-departure orientation.
· August – September 2027: Departure of awarded recipients to the United States.

Test Information

TEST DATES AND REGISTRATION FEES:

• TOEFL iBT has fixed dates and test centers throughout the year. This information is available on ETS website on www.toefl.org or Amideast/Egypt. The test fees rate is at $205 if registration is done online or at $235 if registration is done through Amideast/Egypt (Test Fees $205 + Amideast local registration fees $30).
• The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) has dates and test centers throughout the year. The test information is available through www.britishcouncil.org.eg/en/exam/ielts. The test fee rate is at EGP 8,600 and it can be paper based or computer based.
• The Graduate Recorded Examination (GRE) is available every day at www.gre.org or at Amideast Egypt. The test fees rate is at $220 if registration is done online or at $250 if registration is done through Amideast/Egypt (Test Fees $220 + Amideast local registration fees $30).

GRE is required from graduate applicants applying for Engineering or MBA programs only.

• The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is available every day at www.mba.com. The test fees rate is at $250 if registration is done online or at $280 if registration is done through Amideast/Egypt (Test Fees $250 + Amideast local registration fees $ 30).

GMAT/ GMAT Focus is required from graduate applicants applying for MBA programs only.
