المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• مراقبة وإدارة عملية الإنتاج بأكملها، بما في ذلك وزن المواد، والمعالجة، والضغط، والتعبئة، والتنفيط، والتعبئة.
• قيادة وتنسيق عمل موظفي الإنتاج، وضمان الالتزام ببروتوكولات GMP وGD وبروتوكولات السلامة.
• تحضير وتنظيف معدات الإنتاج وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة قبل العمليات.
• تقييم ظروف الإنتاج ومعالجة أي مشاكل تشغيلية على الفور.
• الحفاظ على سجلات الإنتاج الدقيقة والتوثيق بما يتوافق مع معايير الشركة.

متطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الصيدلة.

• 0-2 سنة من الخبرة في بيئات الإنتاج أو التصنيع.
• مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية قوية، مع التركيز على العمل الجماعي.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة)
• كفاءة في تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the complete production process, including material weighing, processing, compression, filling, blistering, and packaging.
• Lead and coordinate the work of production staff, ensuring adherence to GMP, GDP, and safety protocols.
• Prepare and clean production equipment according to established procedures prior to operations.
• Evaluate production conditions and promptly address any operational issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 0-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
