دورك ومسؤولياتك:

في هذا الدور، ستتاح لك الفرصة لقيادة تنفيذ مشاريع صغيرة ذات تعقيد منخفض. ستضمن يوميًا تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة ذات الصلة وفقًا للإجراءات واللوائح والمعايير والمواصفات والأهداف المحددة. كما ستُظهر خبرتك من خلال تحديد وتطبيق تقنيات جدولة المشاريع الأساسية لإدارة مخاطر الجدول الزمني بشكل استباقي.

. يساهم هذا الدور في تطوير خدمات تطوير البرمجيات في مصر . أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيون هم العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليون .

ستكون مسؤولياتك الرئيسية هي:

• قيادة فريق المشروع المخصص للمشروع.
• مراقبة ومتابعة تقدم المشروع، والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد، والجوانب المالية للمشروع.
• تحديد وتأهيل وتحديد كمية وإدارة مخاطر المشروع، وضمان تحديد جميع الفرص ومتابعتها.
• قيادة عملية القبول الرسمي للمشروع، وإغلاق العقد، وإقرار العميل بذلك، وكل ذلك وفقًا للعقد.

المؤهلات المطلوبة للوظيفة:

• أنت تتمتع بمهارات عالية وتستمتع بالعمل مع عمليات وقوالب إدارة المشاريع ، ولديك خبرة في سوق الكهرباء.
• لديك خبرة من 0.6 إلى 2 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع  ، مدير مشروع مساعد في منتجات Switchgear تحت مظلة ELDS.
• معرفة متقدمة ببرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس
• مهارات تحليلية قوية، إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (وإجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)، يفضل وجود خبرة تدريبية في مجال مماثل، مهارات تواصل وتفاوض جيدة.
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / الهندسة الميكانيكية / بكالوريوس العلوم في الهندسة.
• يفضل أن تكون حاصلاً على شهادة إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية (PMP) الحالية .

This Position reports to:Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities :

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid

This role is contributing to the ELDS in Egypt. Main stakeholders are Customers and internal stakeholders.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role :

• You are highly skilled in and you enjoy working with PM Process & Templates and the experience in Electrical market
• You have 0.6 to 2 Yrs years of experience in Project management , Associate project manager with Switchgear Products under the umbrella of ELDS.
• Enhanced knowledge in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills, Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus), Prefer internship exp. in a similar area, Good communication and Negotiation skill.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / BSC in Engineering.
• You hold current PMP Certification as preferred.
