وصف وظيفي لمتدرب في قسم التحصيل والخزينة، للخريجين الجدد فقط (3 أشهر ويمكن تمديدها إلى سنة واحدة)
- ضمان تحصيل مستحقات الحسابات في الوقت المناسب من خلال المتابعة المنتظمة للحسابات المخصصة، بما يتماشى مع أهداف القسم والأهداف الشخصية.
- توثيق ومراجعة عملية تحصيل المدفوعات من طلبات العملاء واقتراح فرص لتحسين نقاط الضعف وزيادة كفاءة العملية.
- جمع الفواتير المستحقة، وجمع المعلومات حول النزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير، وإنشاء سجلات النزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير لتوزيعها وحلها لاحقاً.
- أدخل ملاحظات في نظام التحصيل تتعلق بتواريخ التقديم وإعادة التقديم والموافقة على المعاملات حتى يكون لدى أقسام الشركة فهم واضح لحالة حسابات القبض.
- قم بتسجيل النزاعات في نظام التحصيل وحدد بنود عمل واضحة لصاحب النزاع المناسب.
- تحديد الحسابات المتأخرة واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع تكرارها و/أو بدء التواصل مع مدير الائتمان والمبيعات والعمليات لطلب المساعدة أو التصعيد.
- الحفاظ على التواصل مع أقسام الحسابات الدائنة لدى العملاء من خلال مكالمات التحصيل، وإشعارات المتأخرات، وبيانات الحساب.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين، بما في ذلك أولئك الموجودين في مركز التميز في الفوترة والمبيعات والعمليات والضرائب والخزينة لدعم عمليات التحصيل وتطبيق النقد بشكل صحيح وحل النزاعات في الوقت المناسب.
- التوصية بأرصدة الخصم غير القابلة للتحصيل لشطب المصروفات، والعمل مع المراقب المالي والمحلل المالي لتصفية الأرصدة من محفظة حسابات القبض الخاصة بهم.
- قم بالبحث في ملفات الحسابات عن المدفوعات المكررة والمدفوعات الزائدة، وقدم طلبات استرداد الأموال إلى مدير التحصيلات، عند الاقتضاء.
- مراجعة أرصدة الائتمان القديمة لضمان الالتزام بسياسة الشركة المتعلقة بتحويل الأموال إلى الدولة.

Job Description for Collection & Treasury Intern, Fresh Graduates Only (3 months and could be extended to 1 year)
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable (AR) through regular follow-up on assigned accounts, in line with departmental and personal objectives.
- Document and review the customer order to cash process and propose opportunities to improve the pain points and increase the efficiency of the process.
- Collect outstanding invoices, gathering information on invoice disputes and creating invoice dispute records for distribution and subsequent resolution.
- Input notes in the collection system regarding submission, resubmission and transaction approval dates so Company departments have a clear understanding of AR status.
- Record disputes in the collection system and assign clear action items for the appropriate dispute owner.
- Identify delinquent accounts and take action to prevent recurrence and/or initiate communication with the Credit Manager, Sales and Operations to ask for assistance or escalation.
- Maintain contact with customer AP departments through collection calls, past due notices and account statements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including those within the Billing Centre of Excellence, Sales, Operations, Tax and Treasury to support collections, proper cash application and timely dispute resolution.
- Recommend uncollectable debit balances for expense write-off, and work with the Controller and Financial Analyst to clear balances from their AR portfolio.
- Research portfolios for duplicate and over-payments and submit refund requests to the Collections Manager, where applicable.
- Review aged credit balances to ensure adherence to the Company’s escheatment policy.
