تاريخنا وملكية شركتنا.

تأسست شركتنا ويقع مقرها الرئيسي في فرنسا، وتعود جذورها إلى فترة ما قبل الحرب.

Our history and ownership.

Founded and headquartered in France, our roots go back to the pre-war period. 

The group has evolved over the past 90 years to encompass transport, infrastructure engineering and building engineering. Now 62% of our work is outside France, with a close-knit and fast-growing network of offices across every continent. 

Three key players are shareholders in our Group: Tikehau Capital (40%) via its T2 Energy Transition fund, Caisse des Dépôts (34%) and its partner managers and employees (26%) through Egis Partenaires and a Corporate Mutual Fund share.
