إدارة المواد: إدارة جميع مواد التسويق والترويج في المنطقة المخصصة وتوزيعها بكفاءة على مندوبي المبيعات.
فحص عرض المنتجات: إجراء زيارات ميدانية للمتاجر لفحص عروض المنتجات والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير عرض المنتجات المعتمدة في الشركة.
حساب حوافز صورة المتجر: مراقبة عرض المنتجات في المتاجر وحساب الحوافز أو المكافآت بناءً على الالتزام بصورة العلامة التجارية وإرشادات العرض.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• الخبرة: خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في التسويق التجاري أو عرض المنتجات أو مجال ذي صلة.
• مسؤول وجدير بالثقة.
• روح الفريق والتعاون العالية.
• مبادرة، وقدرة على أخذ زمام المبادرة، والعمل بكفاءة تحت الضغط.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (مايكروسوفت أوفيس، إكسل، إلخ).
• مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية: جيد

Job Description

• Material Management: Manage all marketing and promotional materials within the assigned area and distribute them efficiently to sales representatives.
• Merchandising Inspection: Conduct store visits to inspect product displays and ensure compliance with company merchandising standards. 
• Store Image Incentive Calculation: Monitor store presentation and calculate incentives or rewards based on adherence to brand image and display guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 year of experience in trade marketing, merchandising, or a related field.
• Responsible and reliable.
• Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
• Proactive, able to take initiative, and work well under pressure.
• Proficient in using computers and office software (MS Office, Excel, etc.).
• English level Good
