• استلام شكاوى العملاء وإدارتها عبر الخط الساخن، واتساب، وغيرها.
• تعبئة نموذج الشكاوى وإرساله إلى المندوب.
• متابعة حل الشكاوى مع المندوب.
• تعبئة سجل الشكاوى وتحديثه ببيانات الحل من المندوب.
• إجراء مكالمات استبيان رضا العملاء وتعبئة النموذج.

متطلبات الوظيفة

• الإقامة في الإسكندرية.
• خبرة سنة واحدة في نفس المجال.
• شهادة بكالوريوس في أي تخصص.
• للإناث فقط.
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
• إجادة برامج MSC .

Job Description

• Receive and manage the customer complaints through hotline, WhatsApp, Etc.
• Fill in the complaints form and send it to the rep.
• Follow up on the complaints solving with the rep.
• Fill in the complaints log and update it with the solving data from the rep.
• Do customer satisfaction calls and fill in the form.

Job Requirements

• Alexandria resident.
• One year of experience in the same field.
• Any BSC degree.
• Females only.
• Excellent in English.
• Excellent in MSC programs.
