الوصف
تعلن شركة فيريرو مصر عن حاجتها إلى أخصائي محاسبة للانضمام إلى فريقها. سيؤدي أخصائي المحاسبة دورًا محوريًا في دعم العمليات المحاسبية اليومية للشركة، وضمان دقة السجلات المالية، وإجراء التسويات في الوقت المناسب، والامتثال لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- • تنفيذ العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، بما في ذلك تسجيل قيود اليومية ومطابقة الحسابات لضمان دقتها واكتمالها.
- دعم مدير الشؤون المالية في عمليات إقفال الحسابات الشهرية والسنوية وفقًا للمواعيد النهائية للمجموعة.
- المساعدة في إعداد الحسابات السنوية القانونية وضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق المرحلية والسنوية من خلال توفير الوثائق والتفسيرات المطلوبة.
- ضمان تنفيذ الضوابط الداخلية وتوثيقها بشكل صحيح وفقًا لسياسات الشركة.
- إدارة عمليات المطابقة بين الشركات والتنسيق مع قسم الخدمات المالية المشتركة.
- إدارة عمليات حسابات القبض وحسابات الدفع، بما في ذلك معالجة الفواتير.
- تقديم تحليلات وتقارير مالية عند الطلب من الإدارة. • التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لحل المشكلات المحاسبية وتقديم التوجيه بشأن المسائل المالية.
ما نبحث عنه:
- – شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال المالية.
- – إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ وتُعدّ إجادة لغات أوروبية أخرى ميزة إضافية.
- – معرفة راسخة بمبادئ المحاسبة ومعايير إعداد التقارير المالية.
- – معرفة بالمعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية (IFRS) وخبرة في إعداد البيانات المالية.
- – إتقان استخدام برنامج مايكروسوفت إكسل. – معرفة ببرامج SAP وHyperion لإدارة الشؤون المالية.
- – تُعدّ الخبرة السابقة في إحدى شركات المحاسبة الأربع الكبرى أو في منصب مماثل ميزة إضافية.مزايانا وفوائدنا:

Ferrero Egypt is seeking to hire an accounting specailist to join our team. The Accounting Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations, including posting journal entries and reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the Finance Manager in month-end and year-end closing activities in line with Group deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory annual accounts and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Support interim and year-end audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
- Ensure internal controls are executed and properly documented according to company policies.
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with the Finance Shared Services Department.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoice handling.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by management.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues and provide guidance on financial matters.
What we are looking for:
- -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1+ years of relevant experience within Finance field.-Very good command of English; other European languages are an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.-IFRS knowledge and Experience in preparation financial statements.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.-SAP, Hyperion Financial Management.
- Previous experience in Big 4 or similar position is a plus.Our Benefits & Perks:
