يساهم مع مرؤوسيه في تنفيذ خطط العمل الخاصة بقسمه وفقًا للجدول الزمني المحدد، ويضمن تنفيذها على النحو الأمثل.
ينفذ المهام مع ضمان التوافق مع ميزانية القسم وخطط العمل، وتجنب أي تباينات.

المهام الوظيفية

• يشرف على جميع عمليات التصنيع لضمان استيفائها لخطط الإنتاج المتفق عليها، ومعايير جودة المنتج والتكلفة.
• يطور وينفذ أي تغييرات مطلوبة على عمليات الإنتاج لتحسين الإنتاج وجودة المنتج وخفض التكاليف.
• يحتفظ بجميع السجلات اللازمة لضمان المراقبة الفعالة لعملية التصنيع.
• يراجع أوامر العمل الإنتاجية اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.
• يضمن تطبيق جميع نصائح وتوصيات مراقبة الجودة لضمان تحقيق هدف الإنتاج وفقًا لمعايير وإجراءات التشغيل والجودة، مع الحد الأدنى من الهدر وأعلى إنتاجية.
• يُسهّل التعامل الفوري مع جميع العقبات المحتملة أو أعطال المعدات، بالتنسيق مع قسم الصيانة لضمان التشغيل الفعال بالتنسيق مع قسم الإنتاج.
• يُراقب جميع عمليات الإنتاج ويُزيل أي عقبات لضمان استمرار توفير جميع الموارد اللازمة لإنجاز أوامر العمل في الوقت المحدد، وبالمستوى المطلوب، وبأعلى معايير الجودة.
• يدرس الرسومات الهندسية بعناية لضمان التصنيع بجودة عالية، وبتكلفة منخفضة، وفي أقل وقت ممكن، ويختار الطريقة المثلى للتصنيع.
• يشرح إجراءات التصنيع بطريقة مبسطة لمشرفي التركيب لتجنب أي عيوب.
• يُنفذ جميع الرسومات الهندسية بجودة عالية وفقًا لخطة الإنتاج.
• يضمن تنفيذ مهام الموظفين وفقًا للرسومات الهندسية. يُنسق بين مشرفي التركيب ومشرفي اللحام.
• يُبسط عملية تنفيذ أوامر العمل لجميع مهندسي الإنتاج. يُشرف على التشغيل السلس لجميع خطوط الإنتاج.

متطلبات الوظيفة:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية/طاقة).
• خبرة لا تتجاوز 3 سنوات في مجال الإنتاج.
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

Job Description

1. Responsibilities Related to Strategy

• Contributes with his own subordinates in implementing   his departmental action plans according to the set time schedule and ensures its execution as appropriate.
• Executes the duties while ensuring alliance with the departmental budget and action plans while avoiding any  discrepancies

Job Related Duties

• Oversees all manufacturing operations to ensure that they meet agreed production plans, product quality and cost standards.
• Develops and implement any required changes to production processes to improve output and product quality and to reduce costs.
• Maintains all necessary records to ensure effective monitoring of the manufacturing process.
• Reviews the  daily, weekly and monthly Production Work Orders. 
• Ensures all Quality Control advice and recommendations are applied in order to ensure that production target is achieved as per   operational and quality standards and procedures with minimum scraps and highest yield.
• Facilitates all potential obstacles or breakdowns of equipment promptly while coordinating with the maintenance department to ensure efficient operation  is achieved in alliance with the Production 
• Monitors  all Production  production operations   and relief all obstacles to ensure the continued provision all resources to achieve the Producation work orders on time, on target and with the expected quality standards.
• Studies  carefully Engineering Drawings to fabrecated with high quality ,low cost , minumn time and Select  the ideal method  for fabraction .
• Explains  the fabrication procedures in a simple way  for fitter supervisor to avoid any defect
• CarrIes out all Engineering drawings with high quality according to production plan
• Ensures  the implementation of staff for their work in accordance with the engineering drawings
• Coordinates between fitter supervisor  and welders supervisor
• SimplifIEs the implementation process of the work orders for all production engineers.
• Overseas  the smooth operation of all production lines

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Power)
• Maximum 3 years of experience in a production role.
• Proficiency in English Language.
