تكنولوجيا المعلومات مُمَكِّن رئيسي للأعمال، يشمل أدوات التكنولوجيا، والتطوير الاستراتيجي، والعمل الجماعي، وصنع القرار. يتجاوز دورنا مفهوم “الأجهزة والبرمجيات” التقليدي، فنحن نُقدّم قيمة مُتميزة من خلال ربط احتياجات الأعمال بإمكانيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات. نتحدى أنفسنا لتطبيق تقنيات وبرامج جديدة لتطوير أسلوبنا في تعزيز قيمة الأعمال. ويشمل ذلك:
استخدام التكنولوجيا والتحليلات المبتكرة للمساعدة في كسب رضا المستهلكين والمتسوقين، وإدارة الأنظمة والتأكد من استعدادنا للأمن السيبراني، وتقديم البنية التحتية والتطبيقات المتميزة لتكنولوجيا المعلومات
نحن نبحث عن متدربين في مجالات تكنولوجيا المعلومات التالية:
- التطبيقات والتكامل – يُركز هذا المجال، وهو الأكبر في تكنولوجيا المعلومات، على الاستراتيجية والتطوير والتنفيذ والصيانة وتطبيقات الأعمال. تشمل الأدوار: مدير التطبيقات، ومدير عمليات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ومدير الحلول، ومدير المشاريع.
- البيانات والتحليلات – استراتيجية البيانات وتحليلها إلى نتائج مؤثرة. تشمل الأدوار: البيانات والرؤى، وتكنولوجيا التسويق وإدارة المنتجات، والبيانات والتحليلات.
مؤهلات التدريب
نحن نبحث عن قادة يتمتعون بنتائج أكاديمية قوية ويتخرجون في يونيو 2026 وديسمبر 2026 بدرجة البكالوريوس في نظم المعلومات الإدارية، أو علوم الكمبيوتر، أو الهندسة الصناعية أو هندسة الكمبيوتر/الأنظمة، أو أمن المعلومات، أو التحليلات، (أو درجات مماثلة).
متطلبات المهارة: المعرفة المتقدمة في SQL وPaythom وPower BI وAI Prompt Engenering وMicrosoft AI Studio.
- استخدام مثبت للتكنولوجيا لإضافة قيمة للأعمال
- متمكن من استخدام تقنيات وأدوات التحليلات لحل مشاكل الأعمال المخصصة، والابتكار في الحلول المستقبلية المحتملة، والعمل مع التكنولوجيا لترجمة ابتكاراتك إلى حلول تحليلية قوية وواسعة النطاق ورؤى مهمة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي للتأثير على الآخرين لاتخاذ الإجراءات
- القيادة في الأنشطة اللامنهجية
- امتلاك مهارات قوية في التفكير وحل المشكلات والتي يمكن تطبيقها على العمليات التجارية بموقف “يمكنني القيام بذلك”
- القدرة المؤكدة على التعامل مع أولويات متعددة

We are looking for interns in the following IT areas:
- Application & Integration – The largest IT area focuses on Strategy, development, implementation, maintenance and business applications. Roles include: Application Manager, IT Operations Manager, Solution Manager and Project Manager.
- Data & Analytics -Strategy of data and breaking it down into impactful results. Roles include: Data and Insights, Marketing Technology and Product Management, Data and Analytics
Job Qualifications
We look for leaders with strong academic results who are graduating June 2026 & December 2026 with a BS in MIS, Computer Science, Industrial or Computer/Systems Engineering, Information Security, Analytics, (or like degrees).
Skill requirements: Advanced knowledge in SQL, Paythom, Power BI, AI Prompt Engenering and Microsoft AI Studio.
- Proven use of technology to add business value
- Adept at using Analytics technologies and tools for solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology to translate your innovations into robust, scaled, analytic solutions and significant insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
- Leadership in extra-curricular activities
- Possess strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude
- Proven capability to handle multiple priorities
