دورك كمتدرب في التصنيع/الهندسة:

في هذا التدريب، ستتاح لك فرصة التواجد في موقع العمل لمواجهة تحديات مختلفة، واتخاذ القرارات، ورؤية النتائج بسرعة. ستكتشف تقنيات بروكتر آند جامبل المعترف بها عالميًا، وستكتشف أيضًا معايير وأساليب بروكتر آند جامبل. في النهاية، ستبني قدراتك الخاصة من خلال الخبرة العملية والتوجيه والتدريب.

الإنتاج – التعبئة والتغليف

تقوم هذه الوظيفة بتعبئة منتجنا في عبوته النهائية، مُجهّزة على منصات نقالة. ثلاث أولويات لأقسام التعبئة والتغليف: السلامة، والجودة، والإنتاجية. جوهر مهنة الهندسة في التعبئة والتغليف هو التحسين المستمر لخطوط الإنتاج لزيادة كفاءتها (تقليل وقت التغيير، وتقليل وقت التوقف، إلخ).

ستكون مهامك هي:

• إجراء دراسات حول فقدان الأداء (في المعدات والمهارات والتنظيم)
• تحديد مشروع واحد أو أكثر من المشاريع الرئيسية لتحقيق أهداف الأداء لخط التعبئة والتغليف
• وضع أساليب لحل المشاكل التقنية
• تنظيم أدوات الصيانة وتنفيذ أدوات إدارة الإنتاج
• العمل على تركيب وبدء تشغيل المعدات الجديدة

الإنتاج – الصنع

هذا هو القسم الذي يُحضّر منتجاتنا، بناءً على وصفاتٍ مُرسلة من قسم البحث والتطوير. أولوية التصنيع هي إنتاج كمياتٍ كبيرةٍ ومرونةٍ، وفقًا للوصفة الأصلية، لتسليم خطوط التعبئة والتغليف في الوقت المحدد. الأولوية القصوى لفرق التصنيع هي التحسين المستمر لعملية التصنيع لتجنب أي خسائر في المراحل المختلفة
(مثل تقليل وقت تغيير التركيبة، وتقليل وقت التوقف، وتدريب المُشغّلين على العمليات الكيميائية، ووضع خطط الصيانة
…).
في هذا القسم سوف تقوم بما يلي:

• إجراء دراسة وتحليل فقدان الأداء (المعدات والتنظيم والمهارات)
• ضمان التواصل بين الأقسام المختلفة (الخدمات اللوجستية، التعبئة والتغليف، المشاريع، الخ.)
• إنشاء برامج تعليمية للمشغلين وقائد الفريق لمساعدتهم على تطوير مهاراتهم
• إنشاء أدوات التنظيم وتبسيط العملية وتوحيد العمل

جودة

يتولى قسم الجودة مسؤولية ضمان جودة منتجاتنا، أي جميع الأنظمة التي تضمن إنتاجًا بجودة ثابتة، بما يتوافق مع توقعات المستهلكين، ووفقًا للقوانين المحلية وقواعد شركة بروكتر آند جامبل. ويتحقق القسم من صحة جميع التركيبات والمعدات قبل الإنتاج، كما يتولى مسؤولية دراسة “المواصفات غير القياسية” لتحسين عملياتنا، وتدريب جميع العاملين في المصنع على مبادئ الجودة. ستضمنون جودة مثالية لمنتجاتكم.

ولتحقيق هذه الغاية، سوف تقوم بما يلي:

• تطوير مؤشرات الجودة والتدقيق
• دعم الإنتاج (خاصة فيما يتعلق بالتحقق من صحة المعدات والعمليات وما إلى ذلك)
• التحقيق في “غير القياسي” وإنشاء خطة عمل
• المشاركة في ورش العمل ضمن فريق متعدد الوظائف

الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

يتولى هذا الفريق التعامل مع القضايا البيئية للموقع، بما في ذلك العمل على نفاياتنا، وتدمير المنتجات المعيبة، وإدارة المياه والطاقة …

ستعمل على:

• موقع إدارة البيئة (إتلاف المنتجات، إدارة النفايات …)
• إجراء دراسة حول استهلاك الطاقة والمياه في الموقع واقتراح حلول عملية ومستدامة لتحسين وخفض استهلاك الطاقة في جميع عملياتنا

ما نقدمه:

• المسؤوليات اعتبارًا من اليوم الأول – ستشعر بملكية مشروعك منذ البداية، وسيتم تكليفك بمشاريع ومسؤوليات محددة
• التدريب والتوجيه المستمر – ستعمل مع أشخاص متحمسين وستتلقى تدريبًا رسميًا بالإضافة إلى التوجيه اليومي من مديرك

مؤهلات الوظيفة

نحن نبحث عن طلاب البكالوريوس:

• المواهب المتخرجة صيف 2026 وشتاء 2026 (كلية الهندسة/الجامعات)
• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
• التميز الفني والدقة في تنفيذ الخطط المحددة
• القدرة على التعاون بشكل فعال مع الآخرين
• القدرة على تحليل المواقف وإيجاد الحلول، والقدرة على الابتكار وتطبيق النجاحات.

P&G Winter summit is your gate to P&G winter internship but this year we decided to make it differently. We are bringing to you a unique opportunity to experience the life of a P&G Manager. Gaining real-life experience by solving challenging business cases.

Qualified students will be invited to our head office over the course of 2 days we offer trainings, personalized coaching, engaging case study, lots of fun and learning from senior Managers in P&G.

Then an Internship as Manufacturing/Engineering Intern in one of our plants might be the right place for you to gain this
experience!

In our Manufacturing department, we produce consumer goods to supply the market in conformity with the expectations of our customers in terms of quality, time and at the lowest cost. In an increasingly innovative environment to ensure our leading position, our fully automated plants are constantly renewed so that we ensure the development and use of most advanced technologies. We will value your creativity and your ability to analyze and solve problems.

Your Role as an Intern in Manufacturing/Engineering:

In this internship role, you will have the opportunity to be on the floor to meet different challenges, make decisions and see quickly the results. You will discover P&G’s technologies who are worldly recognized. You will also discover the P&G’s standards and methods. In the end you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training.

Are you ready to take the challenge?

You are likely to be placed in one of the following functions:

Production – Packing

This function packs our product in its final packaging, set up in palets. Three priorities for packing departments: Safety, Quality, Productivity. The heart of the engineering profession in packing is the constant improvement of the production lines in order to increase its effectiveness (reducing timing of changeover, decrease downtime etc.)

Your missions will be to:

• Make studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)
• Identify one or more key projects to achieve the performance targets of the packing line
• Establish methods for solving technical problems
• Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management tools
• Work on the installation and start up of new equipment

Production – Making

This is the department that mixes our products, from recipes sent by R & D. Priority for making is to produce in large quantities and with flexibility, a product according to the original recipe, to deliver the packing lines in time . The top priority of the making teams is the continuous improvement of the manufacturing process to eliminate any loss in different stages
(formula change time reduction, decrease downtime, operator training on chemical process, development of maintenance
plans…).

In this department, you will:

• Make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills)
• Ensure the communication between different departments (logistics, packing, projects etc.)
• Create learning programs for operators and team leader to help them to develop their skills
• Establish systematization tools, simplify process and standardize work

Quality

The Quality department handles the quality assurance of our products, that is to say all the systems that ensure that we produce a consistent quality in line with consumer expectations and in accordance with local laws and P&G rules. It validates all the formulas and equipment prior to production, and is also responsible for the study of “non-standards” to improve our processes and training of the entire plant to quality principles. You will ensure that the quality of the products is optimal.

For this, you will:

• Develop the quality indicators and audits
• Support the production (especially on equipment validation, process etc.)
• Investigate ” non-standard ” and establish an action plan
• Participate in workshops within a multifunctional team

Health Safety & Environment

This team handles the environmental issues of the site, including working on our waste, destruction of defective products, water management and energy …

You will work on:

• Environmental Management Site (destruction of products, waste management …)
• Conducting a study on the consumption of energy and water at the site and propose practical and sustainable solutions for improving and reducing energy consumption across our processes

• Capacity to analyze situations and find solutions. And ability to innovate and reapply successes
