- مراقبة وتشغيل وصيانة أنظمة معالجة المياه لضمان الامتثال لمعايير تصنيع الأدوية.
- إجراء عمليات أخذ عينات وتحليل دورية لجودة المياه، وتوثيق النتائج والإبلاغ عن أي انحرافات.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بأنظمة تنقية المياه وترشيحها وتوزيعها.
- التعاون مع فرق الهندسة وضمان الجودة لتحسين عمليات معالجة المياه.
- تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية لمعدات معالجة المياه والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
- ضمان التزام جميع عمليات معالجة المياه باللوائح البيئية والصحية ولوائح السلامة.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لأداء النظام وأنشطة الصيانة ووثائق الامتثال.
- المساعدة في التحقق من صحة أنظمة المياه وتأهيلها لإنتاج الأدوية.
- تدريب ودعم موظفي الإنتاج على بروتوكولات أنظمة المياه وإجراءات الطوارئ.
- المشاركة في عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش، وتقديم الخبرة الفنية في عمليات معالجة المياه.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو العلوم مع خبرة واسعة في المجال.
- خبرة من سنة إلى أربع سنوات في معالجة المياه، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة صيدلانية أو صناعية.
- فهمٌ عميق لتقنيات تنقية المياه، مثل التناضح العكسي، وإزالة الأيونات، والتعقيم بالأشعة فوق البنفسجية.
- إلمامٌ بممارسات التصنيع الجيدة (GMP) والمتطلبات التنظيمية لأنظمة المياه.
- القدرة على تحليل بيانات جودة المياه واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة.
- مهارات ممتازة في تشخيص الأعطال وحل المشكلات.
- قدرات تنظيمية وتوثيقية عالية.
- مهارات تواصل فعّالة وروح الفريق.
- الاستعداد للعمل في الموقع والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ عند الحاجة.

Job Description
- Monitor, operate, and maintain water treatment systems to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
- Conduct routine sampling and analysis of water quality, documenting results and reporting deviations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to water purification, filtration, and distribution systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to optimize water treatment processes.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules for water treatment equipment and related infrastructure.
- Ensure all water treatment operations adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in the validation and qualification of water systems for pharmaceutical production.
- Train and support production staff on water system protocols and emergency procedures.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical expertise on water treatment processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science degree with Great Experience in the field.
- 1-4 years of experience in water treatment, preferably within a pharmaceutical or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of water purification technologies such as reverse osmosis, deionization, and UV sterilization.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements for water systems.
- Ability to interpret water quality data and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and respond to emergencies as required.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Proficiency in using monitoring and control systems for water treatment operations.
