ما ستفعله
- تحديد المشكلات التشغيلية من خلال مراقبة ودراسة أداء النظام ونتائجه، والتحقيق في الشكاوى والاقتراحات.
- الحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة وصحية باتباع وتطبيق المعايير والإجراءات المتوافقة مع اللوائح القانونية.
- تطبيق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- مراقبة معدل التدفق واستقرار العملية خلال نوبة العمل والتحقق منهما.
- إبلاغ قسم الصيانة عن أي عطل في المعدات فور حدوثه.
- التواصل مع المقاولين الفرعيين لتوريد المواد الاستهلاكية.
- الإبلاغ عن جميع الحوادث التي تقع في المصنع خلال نوبة العمل.
- ضمان استمرار تشغيل المصنع خلال نوبة العمل.
- مراجعة التقرير اليومي للمختبر للتأكد من استيفائه للمواصفات المطلوبة.
- اقتراح أفكار فنية أو تنظيمية لتحسين العمل.
من نبحث عنه
- بكالوريوس في الهندسة – ميكانيكية/كهربائية/كيميائية. خبرة
- من سنة إلى أربع سنوات في نفس المجال.
- مهارات إعداد التقارير.
- مهارات قيادية.
- مهارات رياضية وميكانيكية وعلمية قوية.
- القدرة على اتباع أساليب منطقية لحل المشكلات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، شفهية وكتابية.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results by investigating complaints and suggestions.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.
- Apply the standard operation procedures (SOP).
- Monitor and check the flow rate and the process stability during the shift.
- Report the equipment breakdown to the maintenance department whenever happened.
- Interact with sub-contractors for the supply of the consumables.
- Report all incidents occurring in the Plant during the shift.
- Ensure the plant is constantly operating during the shift.
- Review the Lab daily report to ensure meeting the required specifications.
- Propose Technical or organizational idea to improve the work.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering – Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical
- From 1 to 4 years in the same field
- Reporting skills
- Leadership skills
- Strong mathematical, mechanical and science skills
- Ability to engage in logical processes for troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
