نظرة عامة على الوظيفة:
نبحث عن أخصائي استقطاب مواهب للانضمام إلى فريق الموارد البشرية لدينا. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في التوظيف الاحترافي لشغل وظائف إدارية وفنية، وشغفاً باستقطاب أفضل المواهب لدعم توسع iSchool في مصر والمنطقة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة عملية التوظيف الشاملة لمختلف الأدوار في جميع أنحاء المؤسسة.
- البحث عن المرشحين وفرزهم وإجراء المقابلات معهم لشغل وظائف ذوي الياقات البيضاء والزرقاء.
- قم ببناء وصيانة قاعدة بيانات للمواهب لتلبية احتياجات التوظيف الحالية والمستقبلية.
- تعاون مع مديري التوظيف لفهم متطلبات الوظيفة وأهداف التوظيف.
- الحفاظ على مؤشرات التوظيف وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة حول سير عملية التوظيف.
- ضمان تجربة إيجابية للمرشحين طوال عملية التوظيف.
- دعم مبادرات بناء العلامة التجارية للشركات لجذب المواهب عالية الجودة في مصر.
متطلبات
- خبرة مهنية في التوظيف لمدة عام واحد على الأقل ، بما في ذلك العمل مع نظام تتبع المتقدمين للوظائف (ATS).
- خبرة مثبتة في التوظيف لكل من الوظائف المكتبية واليدوية .
- يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، ويتمتع بمهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً .
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع القدرة على بناء علاقات على جميع المستويات.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق تعاوني.
- الإلمام بأدوات التوظيف ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي ومواقع التوظيف.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar positions and a passion for identifying top talent to support iSchool’s expansion in Egypt and the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for both white-collar and blue-collar positions.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent in Egypt.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional hiring experience, including working with an ATS.
- Proven experience hiring for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, social media platforms, and job boards.
