متطلبات
- فهم عمليات التوظيف ورغبة قوية في معرفة المزيد عن اكتساب المواهب.
- الخبرة العملية السابقة في مجال التوظيف أو الموارد البشرية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، شفهياً وكتابياً.
- القدرة على بناء علاقات مع المرشحين والتعاون مع مديري التوظيف.
- الإلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي ومواقع التوظيف لاستقطاب المرشحين.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل ومهارات تنظيمية قوية.
- موقف استباقي واستعداد لمواجهة التحديات الجديدة.
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who is eager to kickstart their career in recruitment. In this role, you will support our talent acquisition team in sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting exceptional candidates who align with our company values and aspirations. Your contributions will be critical in building a diverse and dynamic workforce.

Requirements
- Understanding of the recruitment processes and a strong desire to learn more about talent acquisition.
- Previous work experience in recruiting or human resources is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to foster relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to embrace new challenges.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
