بصفتك مسؤولاً تنفيذياً لتحميل بيانات الفنادق ، ستلعب دوراً محورياً في ضمان دقة وكفاءة تحميل بيانات الفنادق وأسعارها عبر أنظمتنا. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تحديث معلومات الموردين، وتحديث الأسعار المتعاقد عليها وتوافر الغرف، ودعم فرق التعاقد والعمليات في إدارة البيانات اليومية. يتطلب هذا الدور دقة متناهية في التفاصيل، ومهارات تنظيمية عالية، والقدرة على العمل بروح الفريق الواحد مع كل من الفرق الداخلية والموردين الخارجيين.

المسؤوليات

• قم بتحميل معلومات وتفاصيل الموردين إلى قواعد بياناتنا.
• قم بتحميل وصيانة الاتفاقيات التعاقدية في النظام وفقًا لنوع الاتصال.
• تحميل وتحديث أسعار الفنادق وقوائم الجرد حسب التكليف.
• ضمان دقة وجودة وتوقيت جميع أنشطة التحميل، بما يتماشى مع الأهداف المحددة.
• تقديم الدعم في الصيانة اليومية لمعلومات الموردين بالتعاون مع المقاولين ومنسقي العقود والموردين.
• الالتزام بجداول المناوبات وجداول التغطية.

About this role

As a Hotels Loading Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of hotel content and rate loading across our systems. You’ll be responsible for maintaining supplier information, updating contracted rates and availability, and supporting the contracting and operations teams with day-to-day data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Upload supplier information and details into our databases.
• Upload and maintain contractual agreements in the system according to connectivity type.
• Upload and maintain hotel rates and inventory updates as assigned.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all loading activities, meeting established targets.
• Support daily maintenance of supplier information in collaboration with contractors, contract coordinators, and suppliers.
• Adhere to shift rotations and coverage schedules.
