الوصف
يُعنى مهندس توطين الموردين بدعم أنشطة التوطين من خلال التنسيق مع الموردين، وإدارة تطوير العينات، وضمان استيفاء المكونات الموطنة للمتطلبات الفنية والجودة ومتطلبات الشركة. يتطلب هذا الدور تعاونًا وثيقًا مع فرق البحث والتطوير والجودة والمشتريات لضمان التنفيذ الناجح والتحسين المستمر للأجزاء الموطنة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- التنسيق الفني مع الموردين
إبلاغ الموردين بالمواصفات الفنية والرسومات والمتطلبات الخاصة بالمكونات الموطنة.
دعم الموردين في فهم وتلبية التوقعات الفنية والجودة.
- تطوير العينات والتحقق من صحتها
إدارة عملية إنتاج العينات وضمان تقديمها من الموردين في الوقت المحدد.
تنسيق أنشطة الاختبار مع فرق البحث والتطوير والجودة للتحقق من صحة العينات.
متابعة نتائج الاختبار وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- التوطين والتحسين المستمر
دعم مشاريع التوطين من خلال العمل مع الموردين والفرق الداخلية لتنفيذ التحسينات الفنية.
المساهمة في تحسين التكلفة والجودة والأداء للمكونات الموطنة.
٤. التعاون متعدد الوظائف
العمل عن كثب مع فرق البحث والتطوير والجودة والمشتريات لحل المشكلات التقنية أثناء عملية التوطين.
ضمان التواصل الفعال بين الموردين والجهات المعنية الداخلية.
٥. التوثيق والامتثال
ضمان امتثال المكونات الموطنة لمعايير الشركة واللوائح الصناعية ذات الصلة.
الحفاظ على دقة الوثائق الفنية وتقارير الاختبار وسجلات الموردين.
متطلبات الوظيفة
المؤهلات العلمية
بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
الخبرة
خبرة من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات في تنسيق الموردين أو التوطين أو المشتريات أو دعم التصنيع.
يفضل وجود خبرة في بيئة تصنيعية.
المهارات والكفاءات
فهم عمليات ضمان الجودة والاختبار.
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق قوية.
القدرة على العمل ضمن فرق متعددة الوظائف.
إجادة استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) ميزة إضافية.
The Supplier Localization Engineer is responsible for supporting localization activities by coordinating with suppliers, managing sample development, and ensuring that localized components meet technical, quality, and company requirements. The role requires close collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of localized parts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier & Technical Coordination
- Communicate technical specifications, drawings, and requirements to suppliers for localized components.
- Support suppliers in understanding and meeting technical and quality expectations.
2. Sample Development & Validation
- Manage the sample production process and ensure timely submission from suppliers.
- Coordinate testing activities with R&D and Quality teams to validate samples.
- Track test results and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required.
3. Localization & Continuous Improvement
- Support localization projects by working with suppliers and internal teams to implement technical improvements.
- Contribute to cost, quality, and performance optimization of localized components.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, and Procurement teams to resolve technical issues during localization.
- Ensure effective communication between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure localized components comply with company standards and relevant industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, test reports, and supplier records.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 1–3 year of experience in supplier coordination, localization, procurement, or manufacturing support.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Understanding of quality assurance and testing processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
