This graduate study opportunity at EY Consulting is designed specifically for you. Qualifications:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed within the last 24 months of applying for the graduate program.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, software engineering, or a related technology field.

Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Strong business experience.

Only nationals will be considered.

Must be willing to travel across the Middle East and North Africa region for extended periods.

The hourly wage for this role in the USA ranges from XXX. Individual salaries are calculated based on education level, geographic location, and market alignment.

If you join EY full-time after your training, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, rewarding you based on your performance and recognizing your contributions to the company. In addition, our comprehensive full-time employee benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, retirement and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid vacation options.

Join us in our hybrid, team-led, leader-enabled model. We expect most employees in external or customer service roles to work together face-to-face 40-60% of the time throughout any given assignment, project, or year.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll determine the length of your vacation based on your personal circumstances. You will also receive paid time off from EY, winter/summer leave, personal/family care leave, and other leave as needed to support your physical, financial, and mental well-being.
