• المشاركة في جميع عمليات الجرد وإدارة المخزون بفعالية.

ما هي مؤهلاتك لهذا الدور؟

• The Sales Assistant is integral to sales generation and delivering outstanding customer experiences at Marks and Spencer. They are tasked with executing operational duties, such as housekeeping and maintaining visual presentation standards, as assigned by the store management. Success in this role is reflected in meeting sales targets, maintaining stock loss benchmarks, and achieving high scores in customer satisfaction indices and mystery shopper evaluations. This role requires a friendly and engaging personality capable of working with diverse customers and contributing effectively to the sales team.

What You Will Do:

Customer Experience

• Create a positive first impression for customers through an energetic attitude and adhering to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere, non-business-like greeting.
• Provide customers with current, relevant information and quality service in fitting rooms.
• Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at M&S as they exit the store and invite them back.

Sales and Inventory

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
• Participate in all inventories and manage stock effectively.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.
• Attempt to add on to sales about the product.

Operational Duties

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions.
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand and work for long periods.
• Strong understanding of retail and consumer goods sales.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability for some heavy lifting.
