نظرة عامة على الدور:

• يتولى مصمم الديكور الداخلي مسؤولية العرض المرئي لمنتجات إيكيا في صالة العرض، ملتزمًا بمعايير إيكيا بدقة، ومُعززًا تجربة العملاء من خلال حلول تصميمية إبداعية. يتطلب هذا الدور التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى، وجمع المعلومات من خلال زيارات منزلية، ومواكبة أحدث اتجاهات السوق لإلهام العملاء من خلال تصميمات متقنة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يشارك مصمم الديكور الداخلي في تخطيط وتنفيذ أنشطة التقويم التجاري، ضامنًا بقاء تجهيزات المتجر في أفضل حالاتها وتوافقها مع هوية العلامة التجارية.

• استخدم خبرتك في مجال تأثيث المنازل لابتكار حلول في تصميم الغرف والمنازل والمشاهد المصغرة ومناطق دعم المبيعات التي تعكس هوية ايكيا.
• المساهمة الفعالة في جمع الأفكار من مقابلات الزيارات المنزلية وترجمة هذه المعرفة إلى حلول تأثيث منزلي تجارية عملية وذات صلة محلية تتجاوز توقعات العملاء.
• ابقَ على اطلاع دائم بأمور تأثيث المنازل وتجارة التجزئة والاتجاهات السائدة للمساهمة في ورش العمل التي تولد أفكارًا إبداعية.
• المساعدة في تخطيط المشاريع الداخلية وإعداد الرسومات والمنظورات وفقًا لمفهوم ايكيا.
• تنفيذ وصيانة التصميمات الداخلية والعروض في صالة العرض وإجراء عمليات تفتيش يومية لضمان تصحيح الأضرار على الفور.
• دعم تخطيط وتنفيذ التقويم التجاري للمتجر.
• حافظ على جميع المناطق في المتجر وفقًا لمعايير ايكيا.
• اتبع كتيبات ايكيا لإنتاج حلول تأثيث منزلية عملية داخل المتجر.

تشغيلي

• شارك في المشاريع المتعلقة بالأنشطة التي يتم تنفيذها في المتجر من وقت لآخر، بما في ذلك إعادة بناء مناطق العمل بناءً على التعليقات المتعلقة بتغيير الأولويات أو ضعف الأداء.
• تقديم المساعدة لمسؤولي عرض المنتجات حسب الحاجة في المشاريع أو الأنشطة المخطط لها للمتجر.

عملاء

• اعرض على العملاء امتداد نطاق التنسيق والأفكار والمقترحات المختلفة لغرف المنزل المختلفة، مع الملحقات الكاملة.
• قم بتخطيط وتزيين غرف المنزل لتكون مصدر إلهام وتقدم حلولاً لتأثيث المنزل.

المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح:

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي باللغة الإنجليزية.
• مهارات التصميم والإبداع مع فهم جيد للأثاث المنزلي؛ واتجاهات السوق والاتجاهات الاجتماعية.
• يُعدّ إتقان برامج AutoCAD و Revit و SketchUp ميزة إضافية.

Overview Of The Role:

• The Interior Designer is responsible for the visual presentation of the IKEA product range in the showroom, adhering strictly to IKEA standards and enhancing customer experience through creative design solutions. This role requires collaboration with other departments, gathering insights from home visits, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to inspire customers through well-crafted settings. Additionally, the Interior Designer will participate in planning and executing commercial calendar activities, ensuring store settings remain in optimal condition and align with brand identity.

What You Will Do:

Commercial

• Use home furnishing competence to create solutions in room settings, homes, vignettes, and sales support areas that reflect the IKEA identity.
• Actively contribute to gathering insights from home visit interviews and translating this knowledge into locally relevant, functional, commercial home furnishing solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Stay knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, and trends to contribute in workshops generating creative ideas.
• Assist in planning in-house projects and preparing drawings and perspectives according to IKEA Concept.
• Implement and maintain interiors and displays in the showroom and conduct daily inspections to ensure damages are corrected immediately.
• Support the planning and implementation of the store commercial calendar.
• Maintain all areas in the store in accordance with IKEA standards.
• Follow IKEA manuals to produce functional home furnishing solutions within the store.

Operational

• Get involved in projects relating to activities carried out in the store from time to time, including rebuilding business areas based on feedback relating to changed priorities or poor performance.
• Assist Visual Merchandisers as required in projects or activities planned for the store.

Customers

• Show customers the extension of the range coordination and various ideas and proposals for different rooms in the house, complete with accessories.
• Plan and decorate room settings to be inspirational and offer home furnishing solutions.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Design and creative skills with a good understanding of home furnishing; market and social trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is beneficial.
• Strong collaboration and respect for integrity and excellence within a team environment.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Degree or diploma in Interior Designing or Architecture.
• 0-2 years of experience in interior design firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is a plus.
• Strong drafting, space planning, interior, and architectural design skills.
