ملخص الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مندوب طبي شغوف وموهوب من أي منطقة في مصر للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي.
سيساهم المرشح المثالي في مهمتنا المتمثلة في تعزيز صحة الإنسان ورفاهيته، وضمان تلبية أعلى معايير التميز في مجال عملنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- يروج للمنتجات الصيدلانية المخصصة ويدفع نمو المبيعات من خلال الإدارة الفعالة للمنطقة وتنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية لاستهداف الأطباء في كل من القطاعين المؤسسي والخاص.
- يقوم بتطوير وتنفيذ الخطط (مثل خطط المناطق والحسابات والمكالمات) التي تتضمن الأهداف وخطط العمل والأطر الزمنية والموارد.
- يقيم علاقات قوية مع قاعدة واسعة من مكونات الرعاية الصحية (مثل الأطباء والمستشفيات الخاصة والصيدليات والمستشفيات التعليمية والمستشفيات المجتمعية المستهدفة والمكاتب المجتمعية وما إلى ذلك) من خلال عروض المبيعات الفردية والمناقشات الجماعية ومعارض الاجتماعات الطبية.
- يقوم بتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات إبداعية في الحسابات الرئيسية وقادة الرأي الرئيسيين (KOLs).
متطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (مثل الصيدلة، الطب البيطري).
- خريجو 2023 – 2025
- الخبرة السابقة أو التدريبات العملية ذات الصلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وحل المشكلات قوية، بالإضافة إلى مهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- محترف يتمتع بدافعية ذاتية وشغف بالرعاية الصحية ورغبة في تحسين رعاية المرضى في بيئة مبيعات تنافسية.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Medical Representative from any region in Egypt to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes assigned pharmaceutical products and drives sales growth by effectively managing the territory and executing strategic plans to target physicians in both institutional and private sectors.
- Develops and implements plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
- Establishes strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents (e.g. physicians, private hospitals, pharmacies, teaching hospitals, targeted community hospitals, and community offices, etc.) through one-on-one sales presentations, group discussions and medical meeting exhibits.
- Develops and implements creative strategies in key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine).
- 2023 – 2025 graduates
- Previous experience or relevant internships are a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, problem-solving skills. and interpersonal skills.
- A self-motivated professional with passion for healthcare and drive to improve patient care in a competitive sales environment.
