بيان صادر عن صندوق تطوير التعليم التابع لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء:
أعلن صندوق تطوير التعليم التابع لرئاسة مجلس الوزراء، عن إطلاق مقررات متكاملة لدراسة اللغة الإنجليزية تستهدف الطلاب في مختلف المراحل التعليمية إلى جانب طلاب التعليم العالي والجامعي والخريجين، وذلك في إطار دعم مهارات الشباب وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل المحلي والدولي.
وتهدف المقررات إلى تمكين الدارسين من إتقان مستويات B1 – B2، من خلال التركيز على المهارات اللغوية الأربع، «التحدث – الاستماع – القراءة – الكتابة»، بما يؤهل المتدربين للحصول على شهادات دولية معتمدة لإتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ويأتي إطلاق هذه المقررات في إطار التعاون بين صندوق تطوير التعليم، ووزارتي التربية والتعليم، والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، وبالشراكة مع شركة سيسكو (Cisco)، بما يضمن تقديم محتوى تدريبي حديث وفقًا للمعايير الدولية وباستخدام أحدث الوسائل التكنولوجية في التعليم .
وأكد صندوق تطوير التعليم أن الدراسة تتم بنظام التعليم الإلكتروني «أونلاين»، ولا تتطلب حضورًا فعليًا، بما يتيح للطلاب والخريجين في مختلف المحافظات الاستفادة من المقررات بسهولة ومرونة، ودون التقيد بمكان أو توقيت محدد، وذلك في إطار التوسع في استخدام الحلول الرقمية الحديثة في التعليم .
وفي هذا السياق، قالت د. رشا سعد شرف، الأمين العام لصندوق تطوير التعليم، إن إطلاق هذه المقررات يأتي في إطار استراتيجية الصندوق لدعم تطوير منظومة التعليم وبناء قدرات الطلاب والخريجين، بما يسهم في تعزيز مهاراتهم اللغوية ورفع جاهزيتهم للالتحاق بسوق العمل المحلي والدولي.
وأضافت – في البيان الصحفي الصادر عن الصندوق – أن إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية لم يعد خيارًا، بل أصبح ضرورة أساسية لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل العالمي، مؤكدة حرص الصندوق على توفير برامج تعليمية عالية الجودة وفقًا للمعايير الدولية، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسات وطنية وشركات عالمية رائدة.
وأشارت «شرف» إلى أن هذه الدورات تُقدم من خلال مرصد سوق العمل الدولي، أحد المشروعات الاستراتيجية التابعة لصندوق تطوير التعليم، والذي يعمل على رصد الاحتياجات الفعلية لسوق العمل، وتوفير الدورات التدريبية والتأهيل اللازم، مع التركيز على المهارات الأكثر طلبًا عالميًا.
وأوضحت أن البرنامج يستهدف مختلف المراحل التعليمية، بدءًا من التعليم الأساسي وحتى التعليم الجامعي والخريجين، مع إتاحة مسارات تدريبية مرنة تراعي اختلاف المستويات والفئات العمرية، وتسهم في تأهيل المتدربين للحصول على شهادات دولية معتمدة في إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية.

ويؤكد صندوق تطوير التعليم التزامه المستمر بتقديم برامج نوعية تواكب المتغيرات العالمية، وتسهم في إعداد كوادر مؤهلة وقادرة على المنافسة في سوق العمل المحلي والدولي، وذلك في إطار رؤية الدولة المصرية للتنمية المستدامة وبناء الإنسان.

New courses from the Education Development Fund aim to empower students and graduates to master English according to international standards.

Statement issued by the Education Development Fund, affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office:
The Education Development Fund, affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office, announced the launch of integrated English language courses targeting students at all educational levels, including university students and graduates, as part of its efforts to support youth skills and prepare them for the local and international job market.
The courses aim to enable learners to master levels B1 and B2 by focusing on the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. This qualifies trainees to obtain internationally recognized English proficiency certificates. The launch of these courses comes within the framework of cooperation between the Education Development Fund, the Ministries of Education and Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in partnership with Cisco. This collaboration ensures the delivery of modern training content in accordance with international standards and using the latest educational technologies.
The Education Development Fund emphasized that the courses are delivered online and do not require physical attendance. This allows students and graduates in various governorates to benefit from the courses easily and flexibly, without being restricted by location or time, as part of the expansion of modern digital solutions in education.
In this context, Dr. Rasha Saad Sharaf, Secretary-General of the Education Development Fund, stated that launching these courses is part of the Fund’s strategy to support the development of the education system and build the capacities of students and graduates, contributing to enhancing their language skills and improving their readiness to enter the local and international job market.
In a press release issued by the Fund, she added that proficiency in English is no longer an option, but rather a fundamental necessity to meet the demands of the global labor market. She emphasized the Fund’s commitment to providing high-quality educational programs in accordance with international standards, in cooperation with leading national institutions and global companies.
Sharaf noted that these courses are offered through the International Labor Market Observatory, one of the strategic projects of the Education Development Fund. This observatory monitors the actual needs of the labor market and provides the necessary training and qualification courses, focusing on the most in-demand skills globally.
She explained that the program targets various educational levels, from primary education to university and postgraduate studies, offering flexible training pathways that accommodate different levels and age groups, and contribute to qualifying trainees to obtain internationally recognized English proficiency certificates.
