نبحث عن مهندس ذي كفاءة عالية، يتمتع بدافعية كبيرة ودقة متناهية، للانضمام إلى فريق الجودة والهندسة لدينا. هذه فرصة ممتازة لمهندس طموح لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة تصنيع سيارات عالمية المستوى. ستلعب دورًا محوريًا في دعم أنشطة مراقبة الجودة والهندسة اليومية، مما يضمن سلاسة العمليات بينما يركز فريقنا على مشاريع جديدة ومثيرة، بما في ذلك إصدارات ألوان جديدة وتطبيقات رغوة عازلة للصوت.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تقديم الدعم الهندسي العام لمختلف المهام اليومية وفقًا لتوجيهات مدير الجودة والهندسة.
- المساعدة في عمليات فحص الجودة اليومية وعمليات التفتيش على خط الإنتاج، وخاصة في عملية الطلاء النهائي.
- دعم جمع وتحليل بيانات الإنتاج والجودة.
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على جودة الوثائق والسجلات وتحديثها.
- المشاركة في مراقبة العمليات وتحديد المجالات المحتملة للتحسين.
- التعاون مع فرق الإنتاج والجودة لضمان الالتزام بمعايير مرسيدس-بنز.
ما ستجنيه:
- التعرض المباشر لعمليات تصنيع السيارات المتقدمة وأنظمة الجودة.
- خبرة عملية في عمليات ورش الطلاء وضمان الجودة.
- التوجيه والإرشاد من مهندسين ذوي خبرة في علامة تجارية عالمية رائدة في مجال السيارات.
- فهم عمليات مصنع SKD وتكامل سلسلة التوريد.
المؤهلات
من نبحث عنه:
- مسجل حاليًا أو خريج حديث (خلال الـ 12 شهرًا الماضية) من برنامج درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (مثل العلوم، الهندسة الكيميائية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الصناعية، هندسة الإنتاج).
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات قوية.
- اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل والتزام بالجودة.
- إتقان استخدام حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وخاصة برنامج إكسل).
- مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- الرغبة في التعلم والموقف الاستباقي.
- إن الإلمام بأدوات الجودة الأساسية (مثل 5S، والفحص البصري) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
Tasks
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering caliber to join our Quality and Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring engineer to gain hands-on experience in a world-class automotive manufacturing environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our daily quality control and engineering activities, ensuring smooth operations as our team focuses on exciting new projects, including new color releases and acoustic foam applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general engineering support for various daily tasks as directed by the Quality and Engineering Manager.
- Assist with daily quality checks and inspections on the production line, particularly within the top coat process.
- Support the collection and analysis of production and quality data.
- Help maintain and update quality documentation and records.
- Participate in process monitoring and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz standards.

Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) of a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (e.g., Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, Production).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with basic quality tools (e.g., 5S, visual inspection) is a plus.
