شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية تعلن عن وظيفة شاغرة لمنصب مسؤول برامج.
- المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ برامج تسريع الأعمال، بما في ذلك ورش العمل وجلسات الإرشاد وفعاليات التواصل.
- تنسيق الخدمات اللوجستية للفعاليات، وضمان سلاسة الجدولة، وترتيبات المكان، والتواصل الفعال مع المشاركين.
- تتبع وتحليل مؤشرات البرنامج لتقييم فعاليته وتحديد المجالات التي تحتاج إلى تحسين.
- البحث عن الشركات الناشئة الواعدة للانضمام إلى برامج تسريع الأعمال لدينا، والمساهمة في دورة ديناميكية ومبتكرة.
- إجراء تقييمات للاحتياجات لرواد الأعمال المشاركين في برامجنا لتخصيص الدعم بشكل فعال.
- التعاون الوثيق مع الشركات الناشئة وخبراء رايا لتسهيل جلسات الإرشاد الفردية الناجحة.
- متابعة الشركات الناشئة لضمان حصولها على كل الدعم اللازم من رايا، بما في ذلك المساعدة اللاحقة للبرنامج فيما يتعلق بنتائج الاستثمار.
- البحث عن أدوات وموارد جديدة وتحديدها لتحسين الخدمات التي تقدمها شركة رايا فيوتشر تيك.
- المساعدة في تسويق وترويج شركة Raya FutureTech، والمساهمة في تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات التسويق الاستراتيجية.
مهارات
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً، ومهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال ذي صلة.
- ملمّ بمجال ريادة الأعمال
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وتحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية الضيقة

Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Programs Officer.
- Assist in the planning and execution of accelerator programs, including workshops, mentorship sessions and networking events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, ensuring smooth scheduling, venue arrangements, and effective communication with participants.
- Track and analyze program metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Scout for promising startups to join our accelerator programs, contributing to a dynamic and innovative cycle.
- Conduct needs-assessments for entrepreneurs participating in our programs to tailor support effectively.
- Collaborate closely with startups and Raya experts to facilitate successful on-on-one mentorship sessions.
- Follow up with startups to ensure they receive all necessary support from Raya, including post-program assistance regarding investment outcomes
- Research and identify new tools and resources that can enhance the services offered by Raya FutureTECH
- Assist in the marketing and promotion of Raya FutureTech, contributing to the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives.
Skills
- Excellent written English and Arabic, and strong oral and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in the field of entrepreneurship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure for tight deadlines
- Ability to work across several projects simultaneously
