نبحث عن متخصص في تقنية بايثون للانضمام إلينا في مهمتنا لتثقيف العالم. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن دعم فريق المحتوى من خلال البرمجة والتحرير ودمج أدوات البرمجة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي (Vibe coding) لتعزيز كفاءة إنشاء وتقديم المواد التعليمية. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة في برمجة بايثون، وفهمًا لمفاهيم الذكاء الاصطناعي، وسيكون حلقة الوصل التقنية، حيث يترجم الاحتياجات الإبداعية لفريق المحتوى إلى كود برمجي فعال وعملي.
المسؤوليات
- استخدم مساعدي الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل المحرر (مثل GitHub Copilot و Gemini و Claude) كأداة أساسية لتوليد التعليمات البرمجية وإعادة هيكلتها وتصحيح الأخطاء وتوثيقها لتقديم حلول قائمة على لغة بايثون بسرعة.
- تصميم وتطوير ونشر برامج وتطبيقات بايثون قوية لأتمتة معالجة المحتوى واستخراج البيانات وإدارة سير العمل للفريق التعليمي.
- دمج خدمات الطرف الثالث وواجهات برمجة تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل توليد النصوص، وتحويل النص إلى كلام، وتحليل الصور) لبناء ميزات قوية وذكية في أدوات إنشاء المحتوى الخاصة بنا.
- تقديم الدعم البرمجي لـ Vibe: كتابة وتحرير واستكشاف أخطاء كود بايثون لمهام البرمجة والإصلاحات السريعة وتعديلات سير العمل.
- العمل عن كثب مع أعضاء الفريق غير التقنيين لفهم تحدياتهم، وإنشاء نماذج أولية للحلول بسرعة، وتقديم الدعم الفني المستمر والتحسينات للأدوات التي يتم بناؤها.
- استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتحسين قواعد بيانات بايثون الحالية، باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحديد المشكلات بسرعة وتحسين الأداء والموثوقية.
- إنشاء وصيانة وثائق واضحة وموجزة لجميع البرامج النصية والأدوات وسير العمل، وتبسيط العملية باستخدام أدوات التوثيق المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
المؤهلات والخبرة العملية
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسوب، أو هندسة البرمجيات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة
- خبرة عملية من 0 إلى 1 سنة في برمجة بايثون، مع محفظة قوية من البرامج النصية أو المشاريع.
- إتقان عالٍ في استخدام مساعدي البرمجة المدعومين بالذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل GitHub Copilot و Cursor و Gemini في VS Code)
- الخبرة في استخدام واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) الخاصة بنماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي الرئيسية (OpenAI، Google، Anthropic، إلخ) تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
- الإلمام بمعالجة البيانات، وتحليل النصوص، واستخراج البيانات من مواقع الويب، وأتمتة المهام.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على العمل مع فريق متعدد التخصصات.

We are looking to hire a Python Technologist to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for supporting the content team by coding, editing, and integrating AI-powered coding tools (vibe coding) to enhance efficiency in creating and delivering educational materials. The ideal candidate will have a background in Python programming, an understanding of AI concepts, and will be the technical bridge, translating the creative needs of our content team into functional, efficient code.
Responsibilities
- Utilize in-editor AI assistants (like GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude) as a primary tool for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and documentation to rapidly deliver Python-based solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy robust Python scripts and applications to automate content processing, data extraction, and workflow management for the educational team.
- Integrate third-party services and AI APIs (e.g., text generation, text-to-speech, image analysis) to build powerful, intelligent features into our content creation tools.
- Provide vibe coding support: write, edit, and troubleshoot Python code for coding tasks, quick fixes, and workflow adjustments.
- Work closely with non-technical team members to understand their challenges, quickly prototype solutions, and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements for the tools that are built.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Python codebases, using AI tools to quickly identify issues and improve performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation for all scripts, tools, and workflows, streamlining the process with AI-assisted documentation tools.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related technical field
- 0-1 year of hands-on experience in Python programming, with a strong portfolio of scripts or projects.
- High proficiency in using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini in VS Code)
- Experience with the APIs of major AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with data processing, text analysis, web scraping, and task automation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a cross-functional team.
