تأسس بنك نكست ( aiBANK سابقاً ) عام 1974 كبنك استثمار وأعمال تحت اشراف البنك المركزي المصري، وبدأ نشاطه عام 1978 برأسمال يبلغ 40 مليون دولار أمريكي .

شهد البنك تطورا مستمراً في رأسماله، ليصل إلى 1,987 مليار جنيه مصري في عام 2020، وبناءا على قرارات الجمعية العامة المنعقدة في 10 اكتوبر 2021 وبعد استكمال صفقة الاستحواذ تمت الموافقة على زيادة رأس المال المدفوع  ليصبح 5,000,000,003 جنيه مصري وذلك بعد تعديل هيكل الملكية للبنك ودخول مستثمرين جدد بالإضافة للمستثمرين الحاليين وفقاً للآتي:

• مجموعة إي اف چي القابضة ش.م.م بنسبة 51%
• صندوق مصر الفرعي للخدمات المالية والتحول الرقمي بنسبة 25%
• بنك الاستثمار القومي بنسبة 24%

وبناءاً علي قرار الجمعية العامة المنعقدة بتاريخ 24 مارس 2024 تم الموافقة علي زيادة رأس المال ليصل إلى 5,400,000,006 جنيه مصري.

This role supports the recruitment process, maintains the candidate database, enhances the company’s reputation as an employer, and improves processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication skills.
