لوظيفة صيدلي مركز الاتصال:

العمل في مدينة نصر.

• الرد على مكالمات العملاء الواردة بسرعة وبأسلوب مهذب.
• الإجابة على استفسارات متنوعة، تشمل حالة الوصفات الطبية، وتقديم الطلبات، وطلبات إعادة صرف الأدوية، والفواتير/الدفع، ومعلومات عامة عن المنتجات/الخدمات.
• تحقيق هدف المبيعات المطلوب وفقًا للأهداف والنسب المحددة من قبل الشركة.
• توثيق جميع تفاعلات العملاء، بما في ذلك حالة الطلبات والإجراءات المتخذة لحل المشكلات، بدقة في نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).
• لا تقتصر مهام الموظف على المسؤوليات المذكورة أعلاه فقط؛ فقد تُسند إليه مهام إضافية حسب الحاجة.

لوظيفة صيدلي:

بصفتك صيدليًا، ستشمل مهامك ما يلي:

• صرف الأدوية للمرضى بدقة وكفاءة، مع ضمان صحة الملصقات والجرعة وطريقة الاستخدام.
• التحقق من دقة الوصفات الطبية، والتفاعلات الدوائية، وملاءمتها.
• الحفاظ على سجلات المرضى بدقة ومراقبة المخزون.
• تقديم استشارات شاملة للمرضى حول الأدوية.
• الإجابة على استفسارات المرضى ومعالجة مخاوفهم المتعلقة بالأدوية والحالات الصحية.
• تثقيف المرضى حول الأدوية التي تُصرف بدون وصفة طبية والمنتجات الصحية.
• متابعة الموافقات يوميًا من خلال التواصل المنتظم مع شركات التأمين.
• استلام ومعالجة مدفوعات العملاء وإتمام المعاملات.
• مهام إضافية حسب عمليات الصيدلية.
• الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الصيدلية.

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الصيدلة.
• نرحب بطلبات الصيادلة حديثي التخرج وذوي الخبرة في الصيدليات.
• معرفة سريرية قوية ومهارات اتخاذ قرارات سليمة.
• مهارات تواصل ممتازة ونهج يركز على المريض.
• الالتزام بالتطوير المهني المستمر.

For Call Center Pharmacist:

-On-site Nasr City.

• Answer incoming calls from Customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Respond to a wide range of inquiries, including prescription status, order placement, refill requests, billing/payment, and general product/service information
• Achieve the required sales target according to the goals and ratios established by the company
• Document all customer interactions, including order status and resolution actions, accurately in the CRM system

The employee’s duties are not limited solely to the responsibilities mentioned above; additional duties may be assigned to them as required

For Pharmacist:

As a pharmacist, your activities will include:

• Accurately and efficiently dispense medications to patients, ensuring proper labelling, dosage, and directions.
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and appropriateness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory control.
• Provide comprehensive patient counselling on medications.
• Answer patient questions and address concerns regarding medications and health conditions.
• Educate patients on over-the-counter medications and health-related products.
• Follow up daily on the approvals through regular communication with insurance companies.
• Handle and process customer payments and complete transactions.
• Additional responsibilities according to the pharmacy operations.
• Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Fresh and experienced Pharmacists in a retail pharmacy are all welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered approach.
