ما ستفعله
- مراقبة أنشطة الإغلاق الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية بالتعاون مع الفرق المالية في دول الشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا من خلال إعداد بيانات الأرباح والخسائر والميزانية العمومية الداخلية.
- قم بإجراء جميع عمليات التحقق والتعامل مع الجزء التشغيلي من عملية الميزانية المؤجلة وضمان انعكاسها الصحيح على نظام SAP.
- توفير حساب السعر القياسي الشهري، والتعامل مع تقارير تكلفة المنتج، وتحليل الانحرافات، وأنشطة الإغلاق.
- إعداد التقارير المالية مع التركيز على أرقام قائمة الدخل والميزانية العمومية.
- تحسين جودة العمليات وكذلك تسليم المهام في الوقت المحدد، وهو أمر إلزامي لتوفير معلومات موثوقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- ابتكار مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتقديم الدعم في المشاريع الكبيرة في جميع أنحاء المنطقة.
ما الذي يجعلك مناسباً؟
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو المحاسبة.
- خبرة عمل ذات صلة لمدة 1-3 سنوات في قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول، وتُعد الخبرة في مراكز الخدمات المشتركة ميزة إضافية.
- متحدث باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة.
- مستخدم بارع لتطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، وباوربوينت).
- الخبرة في نظام SAP (وحدة FICO) تُعد ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتواصلية قوية.

What you´ll do
- Control monthly, quarterly and year-end closing activities with the cooperation of finance teams in MEA countries by preparing the internal profit and loss & balance sheet statements.
- Perform all the checks and handle the operational part of the Deferred budget process and ensuring the correct reflection on SAP.
- Providing monthly standard price calculation, handling product costing reporting, deviation analysis and closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports focusing on income statement & balance sheet figures.
- Improve the quality of operations as well as the on-time delivery of tasks, which is mandatory for providing timely and reliable information.
- Come up with continuous improvement initiatives and support in big projects across the region.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or Accounting.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience at FMCG sector, shared service center experience is a plus.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Proficient user of MS office applications (word, excel & powerpoint).
- SAP (FICO module) experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
