يُعد هذا المنصب جزءًا من قسم حلول الأعمال العالمية في القاهرة (GBS+ Cairo)، ضمن عملية HRDirect التي تتولى على وجه التحديد إدارة التعلم.
ما ستفعله
- مسؤول عن العمليات الشاملة لتنظيم دورات التدريب على التعلم والقيادة لبرامج محددة بناءً على تنسيق الموارد البشرية المحلية والموردين (بما في ذلك حجز النظام والمعالجة المالية وتحليل التقييم بناءً على استخراج التقارير إذا لزم الأمر).
- مراقبة وتحليل جودة التدريبات المنجزة، وردود الفعل عليها، ومدى نجاحها.
- مسؤول عن توفير إحصائيات التدريب وتقديم التوصيات مع خطة العمل اللازمة
- بناء علاقات مع الجهات المعنية من خلال إنشاء قنوات اتصال مناسبة وضمان رضا العملاء عن تقديم الخدمات، وتحديد المشكلات/المخاطر المحتملة، وتصعيد المشكلات عند الحاجة.
ما الذي يجعلك مناسباً؟
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو أي تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة تشغيلية من سنة إلى سنتين (يفضل الخبرة في عمليات الموارد البشرية)
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات حزمة مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وورد، إكسل، وباوربوينت)
- الاهتمام بتقنيات المعلومات (الأتمتة والروبوتات)
- يُفضّل بشدة الإلمام ببرنامج Cornerstone (CSOD) أو Workday
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرات على العمل الجماعي

The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Learning Management.
What you´ll do
- Responsible for end-to-end operations to organize Learning and Leadership trainings for specific programs based on Local HR and vendor alignments (including system booking, financial processing, and evaluation analysis based on report extractions if needed)
- Monitor and analyze the quality, feedback and success of trainings completed
- Responsible to provide trainings statistics and give recommendations with needed action plan
- Build relationship with relevant stakeholders by establishing the right communication channels and ensuring satisfaction of service delivery, identifying potential problems / risks and escalating issues when needed
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant study
- 1 to 2 years of operational experience (Experience in HR Operations is preferrable)
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Interest in Information Technologies (Automation & Robotics)
- Cornerstone (CSOD) or Workday knowledge is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
