ما ستفعله
- مسؤول عن أداء أنشطة الأصول الثابتة اليومية من خلال معالجة مشاريع الاستثمار المعقدة بالإضافة إلى إغلاق الأصول الثابتة ومطابقتها
- مراجعة مطالبات السفر والمصروفات والتحقق من صحتها ونشرها مع ضمان امتثالها لمعايير الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية المحلية
- قم بتحميل كشوفات الحسابات البنكية اليومية، وتحقق من الأرصدة، وقم بإجراء عمليات المطابقة اليومية والشهرية.
- إدارة عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية والربع سنوية لـ GA بالتنسيق الوثيق مع فريق الدولة
- قم بإعداد بعض التقارير المتعلقة بالعمليات الفرعية المختلفة وقدمها إلى الجهات المعنية.
ما الذي يجعلك مناسباً؟
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال.
- خبرة ذات صلة لمدة تتراوح بين سنة وثلاث سنوات في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.
- إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً.
- يجيد استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس (إكسل، باوربوينت…)، ومعرفة برنامج SAP تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وروح الفريق.

What you´ll do
- Responsible for the performance of the day to day fixed assets activities by processing complex investment projects as well as the fixed assets closing and reconciliation
- Review, validate and post travel and expenses claims while ensuring their compliance with the corporate standards and local legal requirements
- Upload the daily bank statements, check the balances and perform daily and monthly reconciliation
- Handle GA monthly & quarterly closing activities with close coordination with the country team
- Generate some reports related to the different sub processes and submit them to the stakeholders
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment.
- Excellent command of English both in speaking & writing.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, powerpoint…), SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and team player.
