يُعد هذا المنصب جزءًا من قسم حلول الأعمال العالمية في القاهرة (GBS+ Cairo)، ضمن عملية حلول بيانات السوق، ويتولى تحديدًا عمليات إعداد التقارير وتحليل البيانات المتقدمة.
ما ستفعله
- تنفيذ تقارير السوق والعملاء والزبائن، وإجراء تحليل البيانات عبر مجالات الأعمال الرئيسية مثل الحصة السوقية وأداء العلامة التجارية وفعالية المبيعات والعروض الترويجية والتسعير.
- تنفيذ استخراج البيانات ومعالجتها وتحويلها لدعم حلول إعداد التقارير والتحليلات باستخدام Excel وVBA وPower Query وKNIME وPython، مع الحصول على البيانات من أنظمة متعددة مع ضمان الدقة والجودة والاتساق.
- تصميم وبناء نماذج البيانات باتباع أفضل الممارسات المنهجية (مثل مخطط النجمة، مخطط ندفة الثلج).
- تطوير وصيانة لوحات المعلومات والتقارير باستخدام Excel و Power BI، ودمج مصادر البيانات الحالية والجديدة لتقديم رؤى واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ لأصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم أنشطة المعالجة المسبقة للبيانات وتحليلها والتحقق من صحتها لضمان الحصول على مخرجات موثوقة.
- المشاركة في المشاريع المتعلقة بتحسينات النظام، وأتمتة إعداد التقارير، ومبادرات تحسين العمليات.
- شارك المعرفة بشكل استباقي داخل الفريق وساهم في التحسين المستمر لممارسات التحليل.
- تقديم الدعم للفريق في بناء وتحسين واستكشاف أخطاء تقارير ولوحات معلومات Power BI وإصلاحها، بما في ذلك التعامل مع مجموعات البيانات الكبيرة والمعقدة.
ما الذي يجعلك مناسباً؟
- درجة البكالوريوس في المعلوماتية التجارية، أو نظم المعلومات، أو علوم الحاسوب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة ذات صلة لمدة 2-4 سنوات في تحليل البيانات أو تحليل الأعمال أو إعداد التقارير.
- يجيد اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثاً).
- إتقان متقدم لبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس، وخاصة إكسل (الوظائف المتقدمة، باور كويري، VBA) وباوربوينت.
- خبرة قوية في برنامج Power BI، بما في ذلك DAX ونمذجة البيانات.
- أساس متين في قواعد البيانات ومفاهيم البيانات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة أو معرفة بلغة SQL، وPython، وKNIME، و/أو Alteryx.

The position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the Market Data Solutions Process specifically handling the operation of Reporting & Advanced Data Analyst.
What you´ll do
- Execute market, client, and customer reporting, and perform data analysis across key business areas such as market share, brand performance, sales effectiveness, promotions, and pricing.
- Perform data extraction, processing, and transformation to support reporting and analytics solutions using Excel, VBA, Power Query, KNIME, and Python, sourcing data from multiple systems while ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Design and build data models following best-practice methodologies (e.g., Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, integrating existing and new data sources to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Support data preprocessing, analysis, and validation activities to ensure reliable outputs.
- Participate in projects related to system enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proactively share knowledge within the team and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics practices.
- Support the team in building, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power BI reports and dashboards, including handling large and complex datasets
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, or reporting roles.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, VBA) and PowerPoint.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
- Solid foundation in databases and data concepts.
- Preferred experience or knowledge of SQL, Python, KNIME, and/or Alteryx.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
