تفتتح شركة PwC مركزًا جديدًا للتكنولوجيا والابتكار في القاهرة، سيقدم حلولًا تقنية عالية الجودة لعملائها من الشركات الاستشارية حول العالم. سيوفر المركز باقة واسعة من المهارات والخدمات لعملائنا، بدءًا من التطبيقات الجاهزة مثل SAP وOracle، وصولًا إلى الأمن السيبراني، وتحليلات البيانات، والتطوير المخصص، وخدمات الحوسبة السحابية باستخدام AWS وAzure وGoogle، فضلًا عن توسيع نطاق خدماتنا المُدارة الحالية.

تسليم المشروع
- مساعدة المؤسسات في تقييمات مخاطر المرونة لإدارة المخاطر بكفاءة وفعالية بالتزامن مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية .
- مساعدة المؤسسات في تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة واختبار أطر وخطط المرونة التي تغطي استمرارية الأعمال وإدارة الأزمات والاستجابة للحوادث والتعافي من الكوارث في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- تعلم الامتثال ومراجعة المتطلبات التنظيمية ومعايير الصناعة مثل ISO 22301 وDRII وBCI وNIST وما إلى ذلك.
- ستكون جزءًا من فريق المستشارين الموثوق بهم للمؤسسات طوال دورة حياة برنامج المرونة الخاص بها.
- مساعدة المؤسسات على تنفيذ أجندة الإشراف على مخاطر مرونة الأعمال كجزء من أهداف تحويل المخاطر ، عبر الحوكمة وسياسة المؤسسة والمعايير والإجراءات والاختبارات والمقاييس والتقارير.
- مساعدة الفريق الذي يدعم العملاء في تطوير/مراجعة خطط التعافي ووثائق الاختبار لضمان الامتثال للسياسات والمعايير المعمول بها.
- مساعدة المؤسسات في تطوير أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث والتأهب لها
- انخرط في دور “المُتحدّي” لتقييم استراتيجيات المرونة الحالية، وتحديد الثغرات في العمليات والإجراءات الحالية، والتوصية بمجالات التحسين.
دعم ما قبل البيع
- دعم المديرين التنفيذيين في قسم المرونة بشركة PwC لتحقيق أهداف مبيعات المرونة.
- المشاركة في طلبات تقديم العروض / الرد على المناقصات
- تطوير مقترحات فنية وتجارية عالية الجودة بالتعاون مع فريق تطوير المقترحات
متطلبات الوظيفة:
يُفضّل امتلاك خلفية واسعة في مجال المرونة/استمرارية الأعمال، بالإضافة إلى خبرة في واحد أو أكثر من المجالات التالية:
- تخرج مؤخراً من برنامج للحصول على درجة علمية في إدارة الأعمال، أو المعلوماتية التجارية، أو أمن المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يتمتعون بقدرة ممتازة على العمل الجماعي، وشغف وحماس لفرص المرونة
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة
- فهم التهديدات ونقاط الضعف في المؤسسات، وتدابير مواجهة المرونة
- القدرة على التفكير على المستويين الاستراتيجي والتكتيكي
- إظهار فهم للاستفادة من منهجية إدارة المشاريع القياسية (أي تطوير جدول زمني للمشروع، وقائمة المهام، ومتطلبات الموارد، وإدارة المشكلات المستمرة، وما إلى ذلك).

About PwC ETIC – Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre
PwC is opening a new Technology & Innovation Center in Cairo that will deliver high quality technology solutions to consulting Clients across the globe. The Centre will provide a broad suite of skills and services to our clients, ranging from Packaged Applications such as SAP & Oracle, to Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Custom Development and Cloud services utilising AWS, Azure and Google, as well as expanding our existing Managed Services capabilities.
The centre is looking to expand rapidly and we are looking for enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for technology and client delivery to help shape and form this new venture.

You will be part of a team that reports to the business continuity and resilience service leadership and will be an integral part of the team based in Cairo, as well as those delivering client transformation programmes across the PwC Global Network, including the UK, Germany and Middle East.

Business Continuity Grad, core responsibility overview:
Project Delivery
- Assist enterprises in Resilience Risk assessments to manage risk efficiently and effectively in conjunction with strategic objectives.
- Assist enterprises in developing, implementing, maintaining and testing Resilience frameworks and plans covering business continuity, crisis management, incident response, and IT disaster recovery.
- Learn compliance and auditing the regulatory requirements and Industry Standards such as ISO 22301, DRII, BCI, NIST, etc.
- You’ll be part of trusted advisors for enterprises throughout their resilience program lifecycle.
- Assist enterprises to execute business resiliency risk oversight agenda as part of the risk transformation objectives, across governance, enterprise policy, standards, procedures, testing, and metrics & reporting.
- Assist the team supporting clients in developing/reviewing recovery plans and testing documentation to ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
- Assist enterprises in developing incident response activities and preparedness
- Engage in the “challenger” role to evaluate existing resilience strategies, identify existing process and procedural gaps, and recommend areas for improvement
Pre-sales Support
- Support PwC Resilience executives in achieving Resilience sales targets.
- Participate in RFPs / tender response
- Develop high quality technical and commercial proposals along with the proposal development team
Role requirements:
A broad background across resilience/business continuity and experience in 1 or more of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Recently graduated from a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Security, or a related field.
- Excellent teamwork capability, passion and drive the Resilience opportunities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of enterprise threats, vulnerabilities, and resilience countermeasures
- Ability to think both at strategic and tactical level
- Demonstrated understanding leveraging standard Project management methodology (i.e. develop project schedule, task list, resource requirements and ongoing issue management, etc.)
- Understand industry trends and best practices by engaging with the industry and broader ecosystem to understand industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of current and emerging resilience/ continuity standards and regulations requirements
- Ability to explain business principles of secure system designs in terms of business risk
- Practical experience of customer service processes and solving issues
