الوصف الوظيفي
- مسؤول عن حفظ إيصالات المبيعات وأوامر البيع.
- مسؤول عن إدخال أوامر البيع والإيصالات والفواتير في نظام أوراكل يوميًا.
- يستلم المدفوعات (نقدًا أو شيكات) والضمانات من مندوبي المبيعات أو العملاء يوميًا.
- مسؤول عن تطبيق الإيصالات في نظام أوراكل يوميًا.
- مسؤول عن الإيداعات البنكية يوميًا.
- يضمن تطابق المبلغ المودع في البنك مع رصيد الصندوق الآمن في نظام أوراكل.
- يُعدّ تقرير سجل الإيصالات يوميًا.
- مسؤول عن تقرير فواتير الائتمان اليومي (لتحصيلات العملاء).
- مسؤول عن تسوية حسابات المستودعات لكل مندوب مبيعات يوميًا.
- مسؤول عن الجرد الفعلي (التدقيق) لمستودعات التوزيع مرتين أسبوعيًا.
- مسؤول عن تسوية حسابات مستودعات شركة بيست سيرفيس (مصر ونيجيريا) (في حالة مسؤول المبيعات في شركة بيست سيرفيس فقط).
متطلبات الوظيفة
- يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة.
- إلمام جيد بنظام أوراكل.
Job Description
- Responsible for the filing of receipts and sales orders.
- Responsible for entering sales orders receipts and invoices on Oracle on a daily basis.
- Collects payments (cash or cheques) and guarantees from the Sales Representatives or customers on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the “receipt apply” on Oracle on a daily basis.
- Responsible for bank deposits on a daily basis.
- Ensures that the amount of money deposited in the bank is equal to the safe box amount on Oracle.
- Prepares the receipt register report on a daily basis.
- Responsible for the daily credit invoice report (for customers collections).
- Responsible for warehouse settlement for each Sales Representative on a daily basis.
- Responsible for Distribution warehouses physical count (audit) twice per week.
- Responsible for Best Service (Egypt and Nigeria) warehouse settlement (in case of Sales Administrator in Best Service only).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Oracle system.
