متطلبات التدريب

• دورات في الموارد البشرية أو شهادة معتمدة في هذا المجال شرط أساسي
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية
• مهارات متقدمة في برنامج Excel
• الاهتمام بالتوظيف واستقطاب المواهب
• مهارات تواصل وتنظيم ممتازة
• ملاحظة: يلزم توفير جهاز كمبيوتر محمول شخصي خلال فترة التدريب

Internship Description

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
• Support interview scheduling and coordination
• Help with job postings on different platforms
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Internship Requirements

• HR courses or a relevant HR certification is a must
• Very good command of English
• Strong Excel skills
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Good communication and organizational skills

Note: Personal laptop is required during the internship period
