- إدارة دورة التوظيف الكاملة لمختلف الأدوار في فروع وأقسام شركة ماكس ماسل، لضمان التوظيف الفعال وفي الوقت المناسب.
- التعاون مع مديري التوظيف لفهم احتياجات التوظيف ووضع توصيفات ومواصفات وظيفية مُخصصة.
- البحث عن المرشحين المؤهلين وفرزهم واختيار القائمة المختصرة لهم باستخدام قنوات متعددة، بما في ذلك مواقع التوظيف، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ووكالات التوظيف.
- إجراء المقابلات والتقييمات الأولية لتقييم مهارات المرشحين وخبراتهم ومدى ملاءمتهم لثقافة الشركة.
- تنسيق وجدولة المقابلات مع الجهات المعنية، لضمان تجربة سلسة للمرشحين.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة ومحدثة لجميع أنشطة التوظيف وتقدم المرشحين في نظام تتبع المتقدمين.
- تطوير قاعدة بيانات قوية للمواهب والحفاظ عليها لتلبية احتياجات التوظيف الحالية والمستقبلية.
- المشاركة في مبادرات بناء العلامة التجارية للشركة لجذب أفضل المواهب والترويج لشركة ماكس ماسل كجهة توظيف مفضلة.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع قوانين العمل وسياسات الشركة طوال عملية التوظيف.
- تقديم تحديثات وتقارير دورية عن مؤشرات التوظيف والتقدم المحرز إلى إدارة الموارد البشرية.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- شهادة بكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة لمدة سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال التوظيف أو استقطاب المواهب، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة أو في قطاع التجزئة.
- إلمام قوي بأفضل ممارسات التوظيف، وتقنيات البحث عن المرشحين، ومنهجيات المقابلات.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، وقدرة على بناء علاقات جيدة مع المرشحين والجهات المعنية داخل الشركة.
- خبرة في قطاع التجزئة شرط أساسي.
- القدرة على إدارة عدة وظائف شاغرة في وقت واحد وتحديد أولويات المهام بكفاءة.
- مهارات تنظيمية عالية ودقة متناهية.
- القدرة على العمل باستقلالية وكجزء من فريق.
- مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والمهنية والسرية.
- المرونة في التكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة واحتياجات العمل.
Job Description
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across Max Muscle’s branches and departments, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored job descriptions and specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Max Muscle as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Retail Experience is a must
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
