نبحث عن محاسب مبتدئ لدعم فريقنا المالي في العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، مع التركيز على حسابات القبض، وإعداد التقارير المالية، ومعالجة المعاملات . يشمل هذا الدور للمبتدئين إدارة استرداد قيمة التذاكر، وتحديث السجلات المالية، وتسجيل قيود اليومية، وإعداد تقارير أعمار الذمم المدينة، ومطابقة حسابات العملاء والموردين. ستساعد أيضًا في عمليات الإغلاق الشهرية وتقديم بيانات دقيقة لدعم البيانات المالية
المسؤوليات:
- العمل عن كثب مع نظام التذاكر لإدارة عمليات الاسترداد اليومية والمهام التشغيلية، وضمان سلاسة المعالجة المالية
- إدارة ومراقبة جميع عمليات حسابات القبض، بما في ذلك إصدار الفواتير بدقة وتحصيل المبالغ في الوقت المناسب.
- مطابقة حسابات العملاء وحل التناقضات بكفاءة ومهنية
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير أعمار الديون لتتبع المستحقات المتأخرة ومتابعة الحسابات المتأخرة
- المساعدة في أنشطة إقفال الحسابات الشهرية والسنوية المتعلقة بحسابات القبض.
- توفير بيانات دقيقة عن حسابات القبض لدعم إعداد البيانات والتقارير المالية
- التعامل مع جميع عمليات استرداد قيمة التذاكر والقسائم بالتنسيق مع فريق العمليات
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة مثبتة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات في حسابات القبض أو وظائف المحاسبة العامة
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات ممتازة
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والدقة
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة عمل سريعة الخطى
- إتقان برامج المحاسبة وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس (وخاصة إكسل)

Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations, focusing on accounts receivable, financial reporting, and transaction processing. This entry-level role includes managing ticket refunds, updating financial records, posting journal entries, preparing aging reports, and reconciling customer and supplier accounts. You will also assist in monthly closings and provide accurate data to support financial statements.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the ticketing system to manage daily refunds and operational tasks, ensuring smooth financial processing
- Manage and monitor all accounts receivable (AR) processes, including accurate invoicing and timely collections
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and professionally
- Prepare and analyze aging reports to track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR
- Provide accurate AR data to support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle all ticket refunds and vouchers in coordination with the operations team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of proven experience in accounts receivable or general accounting roles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
