مهام الوظيفة: 

• – توفير تغطية بالمناطق البيعية المختلفة.
• – الزيارات الدورية المنتظمة والمستمرة للمحلات التجارية للتجزئة.
• – تحديد و مخاطبة العملاء الجدد المحتملين و إغلاق الصفقات البيعية بطريقة فعالة.
• – تكوين علاقات جيدة مع العملاء و أخذ أراء العملاء في منتجات الشركة واعداد التقارير اللازمة.
• – الإشراف على تسليم المنتجات للمحلات التجارية للتجزئة و مراقبة المنتجات من حيث طريقة العرض, الشكل و مراقبة حجم المخزون لدى كل عميل.
• – تحضير الفواتير و تجميع النقود بعد تسليم المنتجات و تبديل المنتجات التالفة عند الطلب.
• – المتابعة مع قسم المخازن للتأكد من وصول المنتجات المطلوبة بدقة و في الموعد المحدد.
• – متابعة دائرة التحصيل مع العملاء و التأكد من إتمام التحصيل في المواعيد المحددة و طبقا لشروط الدفع.
• – امداد المحلات التجارية للتجزئة بالمواد التسويقية “النشرات والكتيبات”.
• – مراقبة نشاطات المنافسين في السوق و إعطاء الإدارة رؤية واضحة لمنتجات الشركة مقابل المنافسين بخصوص الأسعار والمواصفات والتوزيع.
• – العمل على التطوير و الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء عن طريق عمل اجتماعات, مكالمات هاتفية,و التصرف كهمزة وصل بين الشركة و العملاء و السوق.

Job Responsibilities: 

– Ensure coverage across different sales territories.
– Conduct regular and ongoing visits to retail stores.
– Identify and approach potential new clients and close sales effectively.
– Build strong relationships with clients, gather customer feedback on company products, and prepare necessary reports.
– Oversee product delivery to retail stores, monitor product display and appearance, and track inventory levels at each client’s location.
– Prepare invoices, collect payments after product delivery, and replace damaged products upon request.
– Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely delivery of ordered products.
– Follow up with the collections department to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments from clients.
– Supply retail stores with marketing materials (brochures and leaflets).
– Monitor competitor activity in the market and provide management with a clear overview of the company’s products compared to competitors in terms of pricing, specifications, and distribution.
– Develop and maintain client relationships through meetings, phone calls, and by acting as a liaison between the company, clients, and the market.
