لوريال التدريبي الإداري ، وهو برنامج تسريع مصمم لتعزيز نموك المهني؟ على مدار 12 إلى 18 شهرًا، ستتنقل بين مختلف الأقسام الفرعية للإنتاج، مما يتيح لك فرصة فريدة للتعرف على السوق واكتساب خبرات متنوعة. ستعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات ومتنوعة، وستتعاون مع أقسام أخرى، لتنغمس في بيئة لوريال الديناميكية والمبتكرة.

- تحقيق التميز التشغيلي: ستتنقل بين مناطق الإنتاج الرئيسية، وتتعلم كيفية إدارة عمليات التصنيع، وضمان جودة المنتج، وتحقيق أهداف الأداء.
- قيادة مشاريع التحسين: ستحدد فرص التحسين، وتطبق منهجيات التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة والسلامة والاستدامة في أرضية الإنتاج.
- الاستفادة من البيانات لتحقيق التأثير: ستقوم بتحليل بيانات الإنتاج لاتخاذ قرارات مستنيرة، وإدارة الموارد بفعالية، والمساهمة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي للقدرات.
- التعاون من أجل النجاح: ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك فرق الجودة وسلسلة التوريد والهندسة، لضمان سلاسة العمليات وإطلاق المنتجات بنجاح.

نبحث عن شخص طموح ومحلل يتمتع برغبة قوية في بناء مسيرة مهنية في مجال العمليات. أنت شخص بارع في حل المشكلات، ومستعد لمواجهة التحديات وتحقيق النتائج في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
- خريج حديث حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس، ويفضل أن تكون في الهندسة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- روح تعاونية ومهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- عقلية تعتمد على البيانات ونهج استباقي للتحسين المستمر.
- قدرات قوية في التفكير النقدي وإدارة المخاطر.

A Day in the Life
Are you ready to kickstart your career with L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program, an accelerator program designed to fast-track your growth? Over 12 to 18 months, you’ll rotate across different Production subfunctions, gaining unparalleled exposure to the market and diverse experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional, diverse teams and collaborate with other departments, immersing yourself in L’Oréal’s dynamic and innovative environment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Drive Operational Excellence: You will rotate through key production areas, learning to manage manufacturing processes, ensure product quality, and meet performance targets.
- Lead Improvement Projects: You will identify opportunities for optimization, applying continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability on the production floor.
- Leverage Data for Impact: You will analyze production data to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and contribute to strategic capacity planning.
- Collaborate for Success: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and successful product launches.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual with a strong desire to build a career in Operations. You are a natural problem-solver, ready to take on challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- A collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
- A data-driven mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Strong critical thinking and risk management capabilities.
