يوم في حياة
متدرب إداري : هل أنت مستعد لبدء مسيرتك المهنية مع برنامج لوريال التدريبي الإداري ، وهو برنامج تسريع مصمم لتعزيز نموك المهني؟ على مدار 12 إلى 18 شهرًا، ستتنقل بين مختلف الأقسام الفرعية للجودة، مما يتيح لك فرصة فريدة للتعرف على السوق واكتساب خبرات متنوعة. ستعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات ومتنوعة، وستتعاون مع أقسام أخرى، لتنغمس في بيئة لوريال الديناميكية والمبتكرة.
إليك ما ستفعله:
- التعاون مع فرق مختلفة لتحديد المواصفات الفنية للمنتجات الجديدة والتغليف والعمليات الصناعية.
- المشاركة في التجارب الصناعية لاختبار قدرتنا على إنتاج ابتكارات جديدة على نطاق واسع مع الحفاظ على الجودة.
- دعم تنفيذ ومراقبة أنظمة ومعايير الجودة الخاصة بالمجموعة في جميع أنحاء المصنع.
- تحليل بيانات الجودة لتحديد مجالات التحسين والمساعدة في إيجاد حلول لضمان الامتثال المستمر.

لتحقيق النجاح في هذا الدور، يجب أن تمتلك ما يلي:
- شهادة في الصيدلة أو الكيمياء أو مجال علمي ذي صلة.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
- ضمان الجودة: فهم أساسي لأنظمة الجودة ومبادئ الامتثال.
- إدارة العمليات: القدرة على تحليل عمليات الإنتاج والمساهمة في تحسينها.
- المهارات التحليلية: قدرة قوية على تفسير البيانات واستخلاص استنتاجات واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ.

A Day in the Life
Are you ready to kickstart your career with L’Oréal’s Management Trainee Program, an accelerator program designed to fast-track your growth? Over 12 to 18 months, you’ll rotate across different Quality subfunctions, gaining unparalleled exposure to the market and diverse experiences. You’ll work with cross-functional, diverse teams and collaborate with other departments, immersing yourself in L’Oréal’s dynamic and innovative environment.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Collaborate with various teams to define the technical specifications for new products, packaging, and industrial processes.
- Participate in industrial trials to test our capacity to produce new innovations at scale while maintaining quality.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group’s quality systems and standards across the plant.
- Analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and help find solutions to ensure continuous compliance.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking an ambitious and analytical individual with a strong desire to build a career in Quality. You are a natural problem-solver, ready to take on challenges and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related science field.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Quality Assurance: A foundational understanding of quality systems and compliance principles.
- Process Management: The ability to analyze and contribute to the improvement of production processes.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capability to interpret data and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
