Responsibilities of the Principal:
The principal of a Nile Egyptian International School is a critical role in the success of the school. They are responsible for the overall academic, operational, and financial well-being of the school.

• Leadership: Must be a strong leader who can motivate/inspire others and create a positive/productive learning environment.
• Academic leadership: Assess student learning and provide feedback to teachers.
• Quality assurance: Ensure the school meets all applicable standards/regulations and develop a system of continuous improvement.
• Institutional development: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the school.
• Professionalism and self-assessment: Be a lifelong learner committed to professional development and communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities of the Assistant Principal:
