المسمى الوظيفي

• إجراء مكالمات تحصيل صادرة بشكل احترافي مع الحفاظ على علاقات العملاء وتحسينها.
• راقب الحسابات بشكل يومي.
• جمع مدفوعات المستخدمين وفقًا لتاريخ استحقاق الدفع.
• تحديد المشكلات التي تؤدي إلى تأخر سداد الحسابات ومناقشتها مع الإدارة.
• مراجعة ومراقبة الحسابات المخصصة وجميع تقارير التحصيل المعمول بها.
• توفير المتابعة في الوقت المناسب لترتيبات الدفع.
• اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتشجيع الدفع في الوقت المناسب.
• معالجة المدفوعات واسترداد الأموال.
• الحفاظ على جميع المهام ذات الصلة التي تم تعيينها من قبل المدير المباشر

متطلبات

• مهارات التواصل ممتازة.
• يجب الاهتمام بالتفاصيل مع التركيز على الدقة.
• يفضل مهارات الكمبيوتر (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
• اللغة الانجليزية جيدة.
• الحد الأدنى من الخبرة 1-3.
• خبرة قوية في التحصيلات.
• يجب أن يكون لديك Microsoft Office.

Job Description

• Make outbound collection calls professionally while keeping and improving customer relations.
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis.
• Collect users’ payments in accordance with payment due dates.
• Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
• Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
• Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements.
• Take action in order to encourage timely payments.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Maintain all related tasks assigned by the direct manager

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Good English.
• Minimum Experience 1-3.
• Solid experience in collections.
• Microsoft Office is a Must.
