الوصف
يتمثل دور أخصائي التدقيق بشكل أساسي في ضمان سير عملية المبيعات بسلاسة ودون أي أخطاء أو مخالفات، وذلك لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والامتثال للقانون.
مسؤوليات الوظيفة
- تنفيذ عمليات الإيداع المرسلة إلى النظام عبر المندوبين والوكلاء وواجهة برمجة التطبيقات (API) وموظف التحصيل، ومطابقتها مع كشف الحساب البنكي.
- سحب الأموال من بعض التجار لضمان سلاسة العمليات المالية.
- يشمل ذلك مسؤولية فحص وتحليل سجلات المبيعات لضمان دقتها ومطابقتها للقانون.
- تحديد المخالفات، واقتراح تحسينات على عمليات المبيعات، والمساهمة في تعزيز الصحة المالية العامة للمؤسسة.
- دعم أهداف الشركة من خلال الحماية من الأخطاء والاحتيال المحتمل، لتعزيز بيئة عمل شفافة.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- خبرة سابقة لمدة عام واحد في مجال تدقيق المبيعات أو مجال مشابه.
- إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office.

The Audit Specialist role is mainly making sure that the sales process is running smoothly without any discrepancies or inaccuracies to ensure operational efficiency as well as the compliance with the law.
Job Responsibilities
- Executes the deposits sent to the system through representatives, agents, Api, and the collector to match them with the Bank statement.
- Make withdrawals from Certain Merchants to ensure smooth financial process.
- Encompasses the responsibility of examining and analyzing sales records to ensure accuracy and compliance with the law.
- Identify discrepancies, suggest improvements for sales processes, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Support the company’s objectives by safeguarding against inaccuracies and potential fraud to foster a transparent business environment
Job Requirements
- 1 years of previous experience in a sales audit role or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
