- المساعدة في استلام الشحنات الواردة وفحصها وتخزينها وفقًا لإجراءات الشركة.
- تجهيز الطلبات وتعبئتها وشحنها بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب مناطق المستودع، مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتشغيل.
- دعم إدارة المخزون من خلال إجراء عمليات جرد دورية والإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات.
- تشغيل معدات المستودع، مثل رافعات البليت وماسحات الباركود، بأمان وكفاءة.
- التعاون مع فرق الخدمات اللوجستية والتوصيل لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة وتسليم الطلبات في الوقت المحدد.
- المساعدة في تحميل وتفريغ البضائع من مركبات التوصيل.
- تحديث سجلات المخزون والوثائق بدقة باستخدام أنظمة إدارة المستودعات.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي عناصر تالفة أو مفقودة للمشرفين.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة ولوائح الصحة والسلامة في بيئة المستودع.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- خبرة من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال المستودعات أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في الموقع ضمن بيئة مستودع سريعة الوتيرة.
- دقة عالية في العمل والتزام تام بالدقة في معالجة الطلبات.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات المستودعات وإدارة المخزون.
- القدرة البدنية على رفع ونقل وحمل الأشياء حسب الحاجة.
- مهارات تواصل وعمل جماعي جيدة.
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو العمل الإضافي عند الضرورة.
- الإلمام بأساسيات استخدام الحاسوب وأنظمة إدارة المستودعات ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والالتزام ببروتوكولات السلامة.
- موثوق، دقيق في المواعيد، يتمتع بدافعية ذاتية وروح إيجابية.
Job Description
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming shipments according to company procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas, adhering to safety and operational standards.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and barcode scanners safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
- Update inventory records and documentation accurately using warehouse management systems.
- Report damaged or missing items promptly to supervisors.
- Follow all company policies, health, and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Job Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or related environment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and carry items as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
